Thanks to this amazing clinic, my cat is now healthy and happy! In early January, I took my cat for a check-up because she had two loose teeth that looked bad. The vet examined her and recommended extractions. Initially, I was concerned about the cost after receiving the quote, so I went home and did some research in the area. After looking around, I realized that the price was standard for dental extractions, cleaning, and all the necessary medications. So, I decided to move forward with the procedure. The surgery was scheduled for the morning, and I picked her up that afternoon. She was a little out of it from the anesthesia, with her pupils dilated, but otherwise fine. The clinic team was incredible—they called me every day to check on her recovery. By the third day, my sweet girl was back to her usual self! It’s been three weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff at this clinic are professional, compassionate, and took amazing care of my beloved cat. I absolutely adore him! My babies Khaleesi, Harley and Callie love him as well! The prices are also VERY fair and they list everything for you while explaining what each one is so there isn’t any shock when you are about to pay. Seriously… aces! have been going here for 15 years and as long as we have fur babies we will continue to!

Although my pets are skittish when it comes to the vet, they handle them professionally and kindly. Hope this great service continues for every dog owner/dog on their client list.

I was never notified that my cat’s prescription food required a new annual exam to be refilled. I only found out two days before needing more food from hillstohome.com NOT THE CLINIC that my food was cancelled due to a possible expired prescription from this clinic— leaving me scrambling with almost no food left for my cat. What’s even more frustrating is that the clinic constantly emails me all the time with promotions and general updates to try and get money from me, but couldn’t send a single reminder about something as important as a prescription renewal for medicated food? That’s an unacceptable oversight. When I reached out through call i was automatically sent to voicemail so i left A voicemail. I then get a text from the clinic saying i need To bring sage for an annual exam. via text, I clearly stated that I couldn’t bring my cat in this week. Instead of acknowledging that, they told me there were appointments available “as early as today.” That response completely ignored what I said. Not even any recommendations of what i can Possibly feed him in the meantime before the exam? I then called the clinic again because my texts were no longer being answered. A woman I spoke to — an older staff member with an accent (mentioning only for clarity so the clinic knows who I spoke to) — told me my cat’s prescription expired last year. That was confusing because I’ve been receiving medicated food from Hill’s to Home all this time without issue. When I mentioned this, she didn’t respond to that and simply said, “the doctor said there’s nothing we can do.” I asked to speak with the doctor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes — with no one ever picking up. This entire situation has been handled poorly. If your pet depends on prescription food or medication, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a clinic that communicates clearly, takes responsibility, and shows more care for their patients.

Caring hand carefully handling him made him reassured and it was a great first time experience for us both. Would highly recommend you bring your pets there for his or her visit.
