They were very fast, friendly and thorough. They gave us options and because of them Morty the cat survived being run over by a car after running out of house.

All new people running the office. And they clearly don’t care about your fur kids. No one told me that the staff had quit. My dog has suffered a great deal because they don’t answer their phones. They don’t return calls. And they schedule surgery’s just to tell you later “we aren’t scheduling surgeries.” They will gladly take your money though and offer to make another appointment to have the same problem looked at. I’ve had my dog for 10 years; since he was 2 weeks old. And now he’s suffering because of this clinics lack of response.they Wouldn’t even provide antibiotics for an infection; but wanted to sell me a container for teeth cleaning. With these new people it’s all about the money. They don’t care about the suffering of the fur kids. They don’t care about the sufferings of the pet parent. They don’t care about the issue at hand. The clinic smells of wet dirty animal. It’s not clean like it used to be. Will not be returning to this Clinic after being a client for 11 years. To be honest. I would give give zero stars if it were any option. My furkid deserves to be treated with importance; love and compassion. Not be put set on the back burner and treated like a money mine. This clinic really ought not be open. Shiva- passed away tonight. 2/12/2024. His passing is a direct result of the lies; and lack of compassion from this facility.

We've been there twice now. We've had total of 5 dogs spayed/neutered. Three girl and two boys. They were terrific with all 5 of our dogs. One of our dogs has separation anxiety, they did wonderful with him!! Would definitely recommend and come back!!!! Absolutely reasonable!!!! Love them!!!!!❣️💗
