Horrible experience! I never had a pet before and I didn’t know how euthanasia was performed. The dr. Didn’t even use sedation nor did she explain to me what to expect. I thought my cat was going to pass sway peacefully and she didn’t😭😭😭, I feel remorse to have done it without sedation and accepted the procedure like that , I didn’t know what was going to happen . She choked and had pain!, It’s the most horrible experience I’ve ever seen !. I didn’t even have the mind at the time to say how I felt , but I do not recommend Dr. onate. And I was told the procedure cost was $238 and when I paid it was $40 more , the receipt showed $40 for “consultation “ I don’t understand, consultation of what ? the dr KNEW she had cancer because it was diagnosed at her clinic! . They really deserve 0 stars because I feel they were not professional and did not proceed with humanity. 😭😭😭

The best vet I have ever gone to! Dr. Elsa Onate is extremely knowledgeable with any questions and concerns you have and makes the experience great for your pets too. Her passion for animals truely shows in her work and how she treats them. My dad and I have been taking our dogs to her for years and we couldn't ask for a more attentive and caring veterinarian.
