Horrible front desk. Refused to see my husband's dog who can not walk after a 1 star review 6 years ago. They gave my dog who was 15 and dying all his shots and then he died 2 weeks later. His brother also had to be seen 4 times same month and my mom paid all this money and he died of cancer about 2 weeks after all his shots. Basically, they only cared about the money. You should not give dogs shots and charge people $400 when you know the dog is dying of cancer. Not one card to say sorry for the loss of your dog when he went there 14 years and i paid out a ton of money over the years. They could care less about your animal. His groomer sent us a card but the vet did not. Unforgivable!! Front desk has always been so rude especially Holly. I used to recommend this vet to other people and they always told me they were switching cause front desk was so rude!!! I definitely would not recommend this vet. I took my review down 6 years ago but will not do that again. People need to know the truth!

Feb 10, 2025 · Micki HowardI have been bringing my cats here for years. I usually request Dr Wells if she is available. She answers every question, I never feel rushed. In October, I had to say goodbye to my beloved Bella. Dr Wells was so very kind and compassionate. She made a very hard experience as good as it could be. She gave her something to put her to sleep first. I got to spend the time I needed to with my girl and kiss on her while she went to sleep. She was even snoring! It was so peaceful for her. The techs I have had are all great, too. Thinking about maybe getting another cat. I'll continue to ask for Dr Wells (though all the drs are good). I recommend them!
Apr 08, 2025 · Jan WDr. Wells and the staff were absolutely wonderful!!! My Loula Mae was transferred to this clinic for bowl surgery which terrified me. Dr. Wells took time with Loula and me and explained what the surgery and recovery would look like. They took wonderful care of my baby girl and for this I am forever grateful!!! I was able to bring my baby home! Thank all of you so much!!!!
Jan 16, 2025 · Veronica MckenzieMy dogs have always seen Dr.Wells since I've been coming here and she is awesome! Always very informative and helpful. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand. All of the staff/vet techs are always so nice as well! They always compliment my dogs and are very patient with them. Would definitely recommend this vet to my friends!
