Animal Care Center at Reed Hartman

We love Animal CARE Center at Reed Hartman. We have taken our dogs there for at least 20 years. Every experience there has been very positive; beginning with all of the receptionists and all of the vet techs, and of course, the veterinarians. Their caring staff has been there for us and our pets through all the ups and downs and we appreciate it.

Everybody was very welcoming and friendly. Bennett was in good hands and I had no worries, especially being our first dog and his first vet visit.

Originally left a 5-star but felt the need to change it after the follow up, or lack thereof. This place is pricier than any of the places I’d been to before, which is fine because I want the best for my dog. This is the only place that never called to follow up on blood work. What’s the point of the blood work if you guys don’t discuss the results with us? I received a text message that stated “everything looked normal so but her pancreatic enzyme is elevated, the normal is 174 and your dogs was ivermectin 500”. This worried me to death about my dog possibly having a LIFE THREATENING ISSUE. For those that do not know, this could be PANCREATITIS. The message said to respond back with any questions and they would get back to me. As worried as I was I responded with a few questions, and days later have heard nothing back. Again…WHATS THE POINT OF BLOOD WORK WITHOUT A CALL TO DISCUSS?!? Will absolutely NOT use this place again. High prices and terrible customer service. I spent over $300 for blood work, alarming results, and not so much as a call or a response back.

The staff is very attentive and everyone is extremely welcoming. You can definitely tell they care about the health of your fur baby. We came here years ago with my first puppy and three dogs later, we are back to stay!

I have been going here for six years now! My two dogs, Krash and Kosmo, love it! We love their services, such as their animal care plans, spa days, and more. They are very flexible as we have always been able to get an appointment relatively quickly, especially if there are concerns. They answer every question you have, even if you feel it's something silly; they never make you feel less than. We have never had a bad experience. No matter the extent of check-ups, surgeries, or spa days, my dogs are always well cared for. All the technicians and doctors are outstanding. We especially love Dr. Sarah Kovarik! She is so sweet, very professional, and accommodating. She has such a huge heart, and you can tell she cares about the well-being of our dogs. It feels great to have a vet who wants to bond with your dogs and truly get to know them in every aspect. I highly highly recommend!!
