Absolutely incredible service! We were struggling to find a groomer for our Alaskan Malamute, who had become severely matted after multiple places refused to take him. Thankfully, someone recommended Angel’s, and we couldn’t be more grateful! We were sure they’d have to shave him down, but their team worked tirelessly from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, patiently brushing out nearly all of the matting. The dedication, skill, and care they showed were beyond anything we’ve experienced. Our fur baby looks amazing, and we can’t thank Angel’s Pet Hospital enough for their outstanding work. Highly recommend! The before picture shows some of his matting and the video is right after picking him up from Angel's.

Serving the local community, Angel's Pet Hospital is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for your beloved pets. Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from pet owners, this clinic stands out for its exceptional service, skilled staff, and dedication to the well-being of animals.
While the name might suggest boarding facilities, it's important to note, as mentioned by a reviewer, that Angel's Pet Hospital primarily functions as a veterinary clinic and may not offer overnight boarding for sick animals. However, their focus on providing high-quality medical care, grooming services, and a thoughtful approach to treatment plans makes them a highly recommended choice for pet owners in the Tomball area.
Environment and Atmosphere:
Although the reviews do not explicitly describe the physical environment of Angel's Pet Hospital, the consistent praise for the staff's demeanor suggests a welcoming and caring atmosphere. The fact that pets who may have had negative experiences elsewhere (such as the matted Alaskan Malamute) are treated with patience and skill indicates a calm and professional environment where animals are handled with care and understanding. The willingness to accommodate a grand dog with a sudden loss of appetite quickly also points to an efficient and responsive clinic.
Services Offered:
Based on the customer reviews, Angel's Pet Hospital offers a range of essential services for your pets:
- Exceptional Grooming Services: One of the standout services highlighted is their remarkable grooming, particularly their ability to handle challenging cases. The successful grooming of a severely matted Alaskan Malamute, where other groomers had refused, speaks volumes about their team's dedication, skill, and patience. The fact that they spent an entire day meticulously brushing out the mats, avoiding the need for a complete shave-down, demonstrates a commitment to the pet's comfort and appearance. This service is clearly a significant feature for pet owners who may have breeds with high grooming needs or pets with specific grooming challenges.
- Veterinary Medical Care: Angel's Pet Hospital operates as a veterinary clinic, providing essential medical care for pets. This includes diagnostic services, treatment planning, and medication. The experience with the grand dog who stopped eating illustrates their careful and cost-conscious approach to diagnosis. Dr. Obregón is specifically mentioned for taking a step-by-step approach to determine the issue, prioritizing reasonable costs for the pet owners. Their willingness to postpone a more expensive test to see if initial remedies were effective showcases a thoughtful consideration for the client's financial situation while still prioritizing the pet's health.
- In-House Blood Testing: The clinic has the capability to perform in-house blood tests, allowing for quicker turnaround times for diagnostic results, as demonstrated in the case of the grand dog's continued lack of appetite. This on-site capability can be crucial for timely diagnosis and the development of an effective treatment strategy.
- Treatment Planning: Based on diagnostic results, the veterinarians at Angel's Pet Hospital develop tailored treatment plans to address the specific health needs of each animal. The positive outcome with the grand dog, who recovered after a new treatment strategy was implemented based on blood test results, highlights the effectiveness of their approach.
- Consultations and Examinations: The ability to be seen quickly, as in the case of the grand dog due to a cancellation, indicates a responsive scheduling system. The thorough approach taken by Dr. Obregón in examining the animal and explaining the diagnostic process step-by-step demonstrates a commitment to clear communication and client understanding.
While not explicitly stated, it is reasonable to assume that Angel's Pet Hospital also offers other common veterinary services such as:

Mar 14, 2025 · Azul MontemayorWe were sitting for our grand dog when she stopped eating with a normal veracious appetite. We looked at reviews and chose nearby Angel’s Pet Hospital. We were able to be seen right away because of a canceled appointment. Dr. Obregón took a step by step approach to try to determine the issue in order to keep our costs reasonable. Since it was Friday, we decided to postpone a blood test until Monday to see if other remedies bore any results. Despite the name, Angel’s Pet Hospital is a clinic and does not have the staff to board sick animals overnight. On Monday, the dog was still not eating, so we returned for the blood test. We were not charged for another office visit, just an in-house blood test. Based on those results, we developed a new strategy for treatment which got our pooch back on track. All of the staff at Angel’s Pet Hospital were courteous and skilled. Prices and treatment plans were reasonable and thoughtful. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet’s care.
Jan 12, 2025 · Donald SickafooseI absolutely love this place! I brought in a rescue dog that was in extremely bad shape. They took their time explaining the options, they were available for additional phone call questions & I never felt rushed. The cost for treatment was reasonable. The name says it all! I highly recommend Angel's Pet Hospital.
Jan 08, 2025 · Katherine FergusonVery caring place, treat owners and dogs with respect. Seem to genuinely care for them. None of the hardcore upsell we have had at other vets, not dismissive of owner’s concerns or questions and I feel my dogs are well cared for and safe there. We also use their boarding and it gives us peace of mind that they are being well looked after. They take care of my fur- babies! ❤️🐶
Nov 12, 2023 · Karen CrandonWe love everyone here! Everyone is just so friendly and love what they do. We always get appointments really quickly and they’re always running on time and very organized. Prices are super fair, too. Dr. Marchese is incredible! She’s very knowledgeable and saved our puppy’s tail from being amputated. She is also very kind and patient and we never feel rushed. She answers all our questions and has a huge heart. We love her and bring all our pets to her!
