Angel of Mercy definitely is a name best suited for this place. I came in at my highest of stress so worried for my French bulldog needing a c-section it was her first litter so all I cared for was the safety of my fur baby and the staff were all so kind and made me feel my baby was in good hands. The emergency surgery was also reasonably priced. I worked for a vet clinic for many years and I know how stressful it can be so especially for a critical care hospital dealing with high emotions all day the staff were very impressive with such comforting spirits and the Dr. was very caring and attentive. My baby is home safe being such a good mommy to her two healthy pups all thanks to this wonderful staff.

Great staff and care here. I brought my senior kitty in for a decline in condition and ended up having to cross rainbow bridge the same day. The doctors and tech were very kind and patient, explained every treatment option possible thoroughly then were very supportive when we came to our final decision. We were given plenty of time to think and the process itself went smoothly and calmly. Afterward I was given as much time as I needed to hold my baby completely uninterrupted, it must have been an hour and a half at least. I appreciated it so, so much. Thank you to the staff at Angel of Mercy for your kindness during this hard time. I definitely recommend.

The overall care was good. I had to have my pup seen asap because she broke her declaw nail and it seemed to be hurting her. This is the only vet that was open on an early Sunday morning near me. Everybody was friendly for the most part. The vet was very informative and patient with my pup because she was so nervous, I didn't catch her name it was a younger black lady. Only thing I really got frustrated about was after my dog's procedure he was just laid out on the exam floor still sedated, the tech kept telling me to just keep trying to arouse her after about 20 minutes of no progress I thought to myself I just paid y'all almost $400 to remove a toenail come help me with my pup! I paid for a medication to be given to reverse the sedation I don't know if my dog is just very sensitive or if the medication didn't work or was it enough but my dog was sedated for the remainder of the day. So much so even when she would try to get up her back leg wouldn't hold her up and she ended up having an accident. All in all we got the service we need And she's back to her normal self! Would definitely return for emergency services if needed hoping we don't need that anytime soon

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this animal hospital when I took my dog in for help during labor. She had been in labor for over four hours and had only delivered one puppy, and she seemed to be struggling. Initially, it took them two hours to even come up with a solution, and when they finally did, they informed me she had delivered another puppy. After waiting yet another hour, they suggested an X-ray to check for remaining puppies, which revealed one more. They then recommended keeping her for six more hours and administering medication to help with contractions. The price they quoted me initially went up drastically, and when I asked about alternative options, I was left waiting for nearly 30 minutes for a response that was not forthcoming. To make matters worse, I found out that the puppies hadn't been fed, and none of them were latching. After the lengthy wait, they gave her the medication and sent us home. They sold me a bottle to feed the pups but provided no milk, rushing us out to find some on our own. Less than 15 minutes after leaving, my dog passed her third pup, and unfortunately, it was stillborn. I left feeling as though I wasted both time and money at this hospital, as they didn’t seem to take the necessary actions to help us in a timely or compassionate way. I do not feel that this facility provided the care my dog needed, and I am deeply disappointed in the lack of communication and the overall experience.

My dog fractured her little arm after hours and this clinic was able to see her ASAP (7 pm-ish). They were very friendly, skillful and proficient! Based on my experience with Dr. Ridder last night, who took the time to communicate my dogs issue and our options. I would recommend this emergency clinic to anyone in need of an after hour professional.
