When we rescued Joe, he needed to have a bunch of teeth pulled and a neutering. We had great experiences so we continued to take him back here. Even after we moved over an hour away we continued to make the trek as there's no one I trust more with my little buddy than Dr. Sowka and her team. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and willing to squeeze you in within a day or two for urgent needs if able. We have now moved 4 hours away and I'm going to really miss them. Thank you for everything!

Apr 04, 2025 · Kelly WengelskiI have been going to see Dr. XXX for over 6 years. She has treated all my fur kids with great care and they would do regular follow up phone calls to see how things were going - as they were all seniors. Three years later, we are now blessed with a new member to our family. I feel the service and response time has slowly diminished. One front desk person is super friendly, and then there is another one that isn't.....Thinking of finding a new vet.
Apr 02, 2025 · Evie GehrkeI had to say goodbye to one of my best friends, my old cat Kiri wasn’t going to make it. The staff was amazing, letting me take my time with her, explaining everything as the process went along. I strongly recommended this vet before, and now I’ll recommend them tenfold more. Amazing business, with amazing staff. Thank you for helping ease my old girls pain, I’m forever grateful.
Jan 10, 2025 · Bailee BaeI am not a customer here but my adult child is. 12 years ago, I got her a 2 year old rescue cat. That cat was my daughter's world and her best friend. Recently, she had to be put down due to her age/health. That was the hardest moment my child has ever been through. She lost her whole world making that decision... This office then lets her know she was able to come pick up her remains. As a vet, I expected this place to have compassion for what people go through losing their fur babies. But this was quite the opposite. 1st of all...how dare you guys "store" the bags of these precious animals remains in a cabinet by the front desk like they are office materials. Then shuffle through them all trying to find her like it's a filing cabinet. My daughter bawled seeing that! Insensitive!! Then she "plops" and I mean plops the bag on the counter like it's a bag of trash! Are you kidding me?!? Tears are streaming down her face and you think all of this is acceptable? Shame on you. Find a better spot to "store" these fur babies...have compassion and empathy. Again, I don't go to this vet and I never would take my fur babies here after witnessing this. And if you give my child a hard time for a review that I left for what I personally witnessed, I will leave a detailed review about that as well. Do better people.
Mar 01, 2025 · Jennifer FaitMy family and I have been going here for years and they were always our to go vet. This week we had found a stray cat that get hit by a car so we asked if they would help us with a payment plan to get him taken care of. Half now, half in 3 days. They said they won’t do that. When asked if they are fine with a cat dying, they told me they don't do partial payments. Don’t expect any help when your pet really needs it. Find a different vet who cares about your pets, not just what’s in your wallet.
