We love AVS! We moved to the area last year and have bounced around Vets offices to find someone we like. Dr. Alston and his team were the perfect fit! Very knowledgeable about anything that could be the cause for any visit and his team treats our babies like their own. Never once have we been displeased with the service there! Even better, their prices are extremely reasonable as well! They're not out there charging as much as possible just to fill their pockets.

I took my dog here as a same day add on bc he was trembling and yelping and suddenly couldn't walk up any steps. They took my dog in the back for a couple mins and then the doctor appeared in the doorway (never entered the room) to let me know nothing was wrong with my dog and although his pupils were dilated indicating he was in pain, it was just a behavioral issue, or a residual ear infection. I asked if it could be something wrong with his stomach and the doctor condescendingly told me he "can't SEE into the dog's stomach" as if I thought he had xray vision. Overall a very dismissive demeanor. I called them at 8 am the next morning to say my dog was still having the same symptoms and they told me they were booked and to take him somewhere else. I took their advice and he was diagnosed with a spinal injury. The new vet showed me where on the bottom of his back he would react to the pain. I'm upset about the treatment my dog and I received here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I Love Dr Austin!! And his staff is awesome. They are so caring and compassionate. They know that your pet is part of your family. So you know your pet is in great hands.

My very first visit very helpful. The vet assistances oh my gosh. They were educated, helpful, polite, concerned, and professional. The questions I ask very informed. Most of all my 14year old cat don't get along with people at the vet's office. But she got along great with them. The Dr was upfront and nice. He listen to you of what you have to say. He explains to you of what he is about to do but with your permission. I love the warmth with all staff. So I'm bringing my other fur babies to them. Highly recommend.

I love this place. It's small but it's clean and comfortable. The staff is great, very friendly. The dr is fantastic, you can tell they really care for your pet here. Prices are very reasonable, $40 for the exam. Definitely recommend this place.
