I have never been to such a rude and mismanaged veterinary facility in my entire life. Every visit has required me to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for my dog to be seen. Too many animals and not enough vets. Tremendously rude staff. Two young ladies who work at the front desk were EXTREMELY rude and made me sit in the car and wait with my dog while I watched multiple people go in with their pets which were not forced to sit in their cars. 30 minutes following my appointment time I will still sitting in the car waiting. When I called the staff thought it was humorous that they made me wait this entire time! I left without my dog seeing the vet and will never return!

The following information is based solely on the reviews provided by individuals who have sought veterinary care at this facility. It is crucial for local users to consider these experiences when making decisions about their pet's healthcare.

Two customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the current state of Alsager Animal Care Center. One reviewer described their experience as being at a "rude and mismanaged veterinary facility," stating it was the worst they had ever encountered. This individual reported consistent long wait times, ranging from 30 minutes to an hour, to have their dog seen. They also highlighted the rudeness of the staff, specifically mentioning two young ladies at the front desk who were "EXTREMELY rude." This reviewer recounted being made to wait in their car with their dog while others entered the facility, and even 30 minutes past their appointment time, they were still waiting outside. Upon calling, the staff reportedly found the situation humorous. This pet owner ultimately left without their dog being seen and vowed never to return.

The second review comes from a long-time client who had been associated with Alsager Animal Care Center since the mid-1990s. This reviewer fondly recalled the care and attention provided by Dr. Mark Alsager and, more recently, Dr. Fear, to their pets. However, since Dr. Mark's retirement and Dr. Fear's departure, this client expressed sincere disappointment in the care received. Their dissatisfaction began with the attitude and lack of concern exhibited by the staff from the moment the phone was answered. Consequently, this long-term client has decided to seek veterinary care for their pets at a different animal clinic.

Given these two recent reviews, it is challenging to objectively describe the current environment, services, or features of Alsager Animal Care Center in a positive light. The experiences shared highlight significant issues with staff rudeness, mismanagement leading to excessive wait times, and a perceived decline in the quality of care and customer service, particularly following the departure of previous veterinarians.

Based solely on these two reviews, potential local users might infer the following about Alsager Animal Care Center:

  • There may be significant issues with the management and organization of appointments, leading to long wait times for pet owners.
  • Customer service from the front desk staff is reported to be extremely rude and lacking in concern.
  • There appears to have been a decline in the overall quality of care and service since the departure of Dr. Mark Alsager and Dr. Fear.
  • Communication and empathy from the staff may be lacking.

There is no information within these reviews to describe the physical environment of the clinic, such as its cleanliness or facilities. Similarly, while the reviews mention "vets," there are no details about the range of services currently offered. Furthermore, there is absolutely no promotional information present in these reviews.

In the interest of providing a comprehensive introduction as requested, it is crucial to acknowledge that these two reviews present a very negative perspective on the current state of Alsager Animal Care Center. While these experiences may not be representative of all interactions at this Pet Hospital, they are significant and should be carefully considered by local pet owners seeking veterinary care. The stark contrast between the positive experiences with previous veterinarians and the recent negative feedback regarding staff and management is particularly noteworthy.

Due to the negative nature of the only recent information available, it is impossible to recommend Alsager Animal Care Center based on these accounts. Instead, this introduction serves as a presentation of the publicly available feedback, highlighting the serious concerns raised by these two pet owners regarding their experiences.

Local users are strongly encouraged to consider these accounts and potentially seek additional, more recent information or opinions before entrusting the health of their pets to Alsager Animal Care Center. It would be prudent to inquire about current staffing, appointment protocols, and their commitment to customer service and patient care.

Have been patients of Alsager Animal Care Center since the mid 90's. Dr. Mark Alsager and in more recent years,, Dr. Fear, showed so much care and attention to our furbabies. However, since Dr Mark retired and Dr Fear left the practice, I have been sincerely disappointed in the care we have received and this begins with the attitude and concern from the staff as soon as the phone is answered. I will be using a different animal clinic for further care of my pets.

I’m so glad we found this place! Now that our cats are getting older, they’re developing various health problems. Dr. Myer and the support staff/vet techs have been amazing for our boys. The clinic is always clean and inviting. They’ve been very cautious during the pandemic, which I appreciate. The doctors take their time and truly seem to care. The techs and everyone there genuinely care about animals and their humans! They go out of their way to care for their patients. I really can’t say enough positive things about Alsager! Thank you!! 🐈 🐈‍⬛

Friendly staff and great value. I went to CCAH for years and one of my favourite vets is now here too. They take care of both of my boys like they’re their own.

Really great team of people here. They take the extra care that is needed with the animals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic
