We have been taking our pets here for years. They take excellent care of them at a reasonable cost. I have recommended them to friends many times and would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Clark is great with animals and with the people. We drive from another town and have other options that are much closer. The extra distance is worth it. We also board our dog there.

Welcome to Alpine Veterinary Hospital

Welcome to the local introduction of Alpine Veterinary Hospital, a Pet Hospital located at 131 N 35th Ave, Greeley, CO 80634, USA. Alpine Veterinary Hospital aims to provide a range of veterinary services for your pets. You can contact them at (970) 352-8835 or mobile phone +1 970-352-8835 to inquire about their offerings or to schedule an appointment.

Based on feedback from local pet owners, experiences at Alpine Veterinary Hospital appear to vary. One long-term client expressed high satisfaction, stating they have been taking their pets there for years due to the excellent care provided at a reasonable cost. This individual has recommended Alpine Veterinary Hospital to friends multiple times and would recommend them to anyone. They specifically praised Dr. Clark for being great with both animals and people. This client even drives from another town, passing closer veterinary options, indicating a strong loyalty to Alpine Veterinary Hospital. They also utilize the boarding services offered at the clinic.

However, another recent review presents a contrasting experience. This pet owner reported an unprofessional encounter during their dog's vaccination appointment. They described a receptionist speaking inappropriately under her breath, a lack of prior communication regarding sedation for their dog, and what they perceived as the clinic unfairly blaming the pet owner for the dog taking sedatives that the clinic had provided and instructed them to administer. This reviewer found the clinic to be very unorganized and unprofessional, stating they would not return.

As a Pet Hospital, Alpine Veterinary Hospital likely provides a standard range of veterinary services within a clinical setting. The environment would typically include examination rooms for consultations, treatment areas, and potentially surgical facilities and boarding kennels, as mentioned by one of the reviewers. The overall atmosphere would aim to be functional for providing medical care to animals.

Based on the positive review, the services offered at Alpine Veterinary Hospital likely include:

  • General wellness exams: Routine check-ups to ensure your pet's ongoing health.
  • Vaccinations: To protect against various diseases.
  • Sick visits: Addressing illnesses and injuries.
  • Pet boarding: Providing a place for pets to stay while their owners are away.

While not explicitly detailed, it is reasonable to assume they also offer other common veterinary services such as:

  • Parasite prevention and treatment.
  • Dental care.
  • Minor surgical procedures.
  • Diagnostic services.

Features of Alpine Veterinary Hospital, as perceived by the positive reviewer, include:

  • Excellent care for pets.
  • Reasonable costs for services.
  • A veterinarian, Dr. Clark, who is well-regarded by clients for his interactions with animals and people.
  • Pet boarding facilities.

However, the negative review highlights potential issues with:

  • Professionalism of some staff members.
  • Organization and communication regarding appointments and procedures.

The provided information does not include any specific promotional offers. Veterinary hospitals sometimes have introductory deals for new clients or seasonal promotions for certain services. To learn if Alpine Veterinary Hospital is currently offering any promotions, it would be best to contact them directly at (970) 352-8835.

The contrasting reviews suggest that while many clients have had positive experiences with Alpine Veterinary Hospital, particularly regarding the quality of medical care and the demeanor of Dr. Clark, there may be inconsistencies in the level of professionalism and organization experienced by all pet owners. It is important for local users to consider both perspectives when evaluating this clinic.

For local users in Greeley, CO, Alpine Veterinary Hospital presents itself as an option for general pet care and boarding. The positive long-term client testimonial indicates a history of satisfactory service and a trusted relationship with Dr. Clark. However, the negative recent review raises concerns about aspects of the administrative and communicative aspects of the practice.

In conclusion, Alpine Veterinary Hospital in Greeley, CO, offers veterinary services and boarding. While one long-time client praises their excellent care, reasonable costs, and Dr. Clark, another recent experience highlights issues with unprofessionalism and organization. Potential new clients may want to consider these differing perspectives when making a decision about their pet's care.

My mom took our dog in for his vaccinations and they were very unprofessional. Receptionist was talking to my mom very inappropriately under her breathe thinking she wouldn’t hear it, there was no communication prior to my dogs appt about him being sedated or not and basically blaming it on my mom as to why our dog was taking sedatives that THEY PROVIDED and instructed her to give to him!!! Very unorganized and unprofessional. Never going back.

This vet hospital is unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful. To make it short if you like your time wasted and to be overcharged this is your place! Receptionist is clueless, the vet techs are a joke. I do not recommend, save your time and if you care about your pets don’t bring them here.

Everyone meet Nova! Nova has had way to many health problems to count she has allergies, she's had a hematoma, she has a werid infection in her stomach, she's has had an ear infection. Dealing with all these issues hasn't been easy, but what has been is trusting the team at Alpine Veterinary Hospital. Everytime something is wrong they give Nova the best care possible! With her allergies we've had to start injections every 4 days and even when those days landed on weekends Liz showed up for Nova. I know that by taking her to Alpine I'm giving her the best care possible not only because of Liz but because of the vet techs like Erin and the friendly staff like Stephanie. I appreciate and adore the staff here so much that I will never take my pet anywhere else!

They were rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Argued with us and just a horrible experience. They called my mom inappropriate language and had the worst attitude. I do NOT recommend going there.
