Allpets at Pickerington

I absolutely love Allpets! We take our 3 dogs and have always been met with professional caring staff members! The office, wait room and patient rooms are always clean. We've never had a long wait time, and I love that the doctor herself calls to check on our pets after treatment. Dr. Tatiana Garzon is just a wonderful vet and the technicians are caring, kind and very informative!

I boarded my boxer and GSD while out of town for a wedding. Allpets sent photos via text so I knew my babies were ok. They also took Halloween photos that were given to me to hang up and the got report cards.

These professionals ALWAYS take good care of my animals. I got my newfoundland groomed and upon arriving back home noticed she had a bleeding nail. I called them and they promptly allowed me to bring her back and fix her up for free with some quikstop and just make sure she was okay. They are simply fantastic.

My dog has crazy anxiety when it comes to getting his nails trimmed! AllPets did such a great job with my dog. Although he was to worked up for them to finish the trim. They gave me great advice moving forward to help ease his anxiety for next time. The staff was great, they really cared. Our dog is family to us, and I appreciate how much they cared and gave me awesome advice for moving forward!

This place scammed me out of 50 dollars worth of services. I paid 100 dollars (50 dollars per dog) for a “bath and nail trim” during boarding (see receipt). I got home and realized their nails were never cut. I have placed 3 phone calls to this establishment and spoken with 2-3 people in that time. In the latest call, the lady informed me that a “bath and nail trim” is THE SAME PRICE as a “bath”. However, they also charge 25/dog for a nail trim if you just want that service!! If they do not rectify this with phone call #4 I will be filing a charge back with my credit card company for services not rendered. Edit: They did, as indicated below, refund for the toenail trims after 4 calls. I had already filled a chargeback with my credit card company by that time because they had refused to do anything up until that point. The comment below also says they offered to cut my dog’s nails after I noticed they did not complete the service. This is true, and as I explained in the phone, they are an hour’s drive away from me and I just wanted a refund for the services they failed to render. After 3 phone calls I did feel justified in performing the chargeback (the only one I’ve ever needed to do in my life). This entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional. I have no doubt the original mistake was an honest one, but them arguing with me 3 times that a bath costs the same thing as a bath +nail trim is insane. Once they realized their mistake they should have honored it professionally.
