My outcome was not a euthanasia thank goodness. The doctor discussed treatment suggestions, and went over everything with me so I could choose what to do first given advice from them. I chose to take it step by step, and place what I thought was the most important to do first. Price was not unexpected that was also in the discussion. I had the choice to accept the charge(and yes they are more expensive than your primary vet, but all emergency visits are more expensive) and have the procedures done, or deny them, but ultimately it was my choice. I felt they took adequate care, did due diligence, and we're compassionate with the situation that was going on with my dog. Highly recommend and I'm very thankful that they're in the area for such emergencies when needed. Last time I had such an emergency I had to drive all the way to Minnesota. First picture is when we were at the clinic, and the second one is after our arrival home... Thank you

Feb 28, 2025 · Nancy ArvoldI just want to say how wonderful your staff was last night. Ultimately my cat passed away but the vet tech that sat with me after they brought my fur baby to me was so very compassionate and caring it made the situation so much better. I appreciate everything you did and the life saving measures you took for my Sidney! I also know that a lot of people think their services are expensive. Honestly it is expensive but this is specialized emergency medicine. I would not expect to go to an ER for something emergency and not have it be expensive. The 1200$ I spent on the possible life saving measures I would spend over and over again for my baby.
Apr 04, 2025 · Tina KruegerI had a great experience with them! They give you estimated prices when you call as to what the walk in price is and what could be expected with your pets symptoms. Which I personally think is great incase you need to look for other options, although I was not expecting the total outcome of the bill, it is to be expected I guess with an emergency visit I think? Overall the staff was very kind to me and answered all my in-person question along with all of my phones calls I made to them! they understand that your pet means a lot to you and just want to do what is best for them. My dog had to have surgery due to a foreign object and a couple days after he had gotten home he had managed to get his cone off of himself and he ate the string, I called them right away and asked them what I should do and they recommended that I bring him in again right away for X-rays and they told me what they would most likely do again along with prices, I asked if there was any other option I had because I don't have the money to bring him in again and the lady who answered the phone was very understanding of that and told me to just keep a close eye on him and if I need to call my primary vet! Overall staff was very understanding and sympathetic!!
May 13, 2025 · Nadia HackelbergAllied took wonderful care of our GSP when she started having seizures. We love knowing that they are 24/7. They allowed us to call at random throughout the night to see how she was doing. So incredibly thankful for them! We will always highly suggest them to anyone in need.
May 10, 2025 · Cory and LeAnna KavanaughI was very pleased with the care my pets received after an accidental overdose of medication. I was not happy with the techs response when she hit me with a $5,000 to $7000 estimate to keep my pets there for two days. They literally started shoving bills, estimates and payment demands down my throat within two minutes of the consultation with the veterinarian. The hell with giving you a few minutes to absorb the gravity of the situation that your pets are in. The tech told me that that is why they make pet insurance. I knew nothing about pet insurance and was really taken aback by her treating me like I was stupid for not having it. They wanted to keep my pets for a length of time that after consultation with my primary vet, was not realistic. When I told them I didn’t have the money to pay $13,000 to hospitalize my pets for two days they did didn’t care. I was merely nothing more than a check to them. I found this out as they never followed up with me to check on how either of my dogs were doing after the overdose. They do give excellent care in house but it’s all about the money, not about the patient. Their follow up was nonexistent. Any hospital would have worked with you, as a human being, and have figured out how to make payments, but still provided treatment to save your life. They pretend to care, but all they really care about is the bottom dollar. They refuse to treat you if you can’t provide the deposit. Is that right? Do they really care about the life of your pet?
