Fantastic knowledgeable staff who took care of both of my bunnies. The vet contacted me over the phone with updates and addressed all of my concerns and provided me with helpful information regarding our pets. Impressive facility I would recommend to anyone searching for a vet.

Extremely difficult to get ahold of via phone. I took my bearded dragon here for an emergency appointment. I'm empathetic to the fact that it might be better for the animals if owners don't go back, but the doctor needs to get better about sharing information over the phone in a clear and concise way if I can't go back to speak with her in-person. I live about 30 minutes from the clinic and was told to "go on home" because the procedure would take a while, only to be called as soon as I got back in my driveway that my bearded dragon was ready to be picked up (thank God, because I wouldn't want him staying overnight in their care.) Her bedside manner was also extremely cold, off-putting and condescending...not to mention that she also shared some weird, super personal information about her own health history with me that I (obviously) didn't ask for. I have no intention of going back. Avian & Exotic is much easier to work with and friendlier. If this hadn't been a last-minute emergency, I wouldn't have gone here.

I have chinchillas. I LOVE all wild things. They are always super helpful with advising on what to do or not to do with whatever the condition the chinchilla is in. They are super friendly and show they care for your baby as you would. A downfall is they don't allow you in the building/exam room. I do NOT like this as I look at my fur babies like children and given my poor experience at previous vets I am uncomfortable not being present. The parking lot is horrid as well. It is extremely small and doesn't leave much room to navigate in especially if there is more than one other car in the lot at the same time you are. The entrance/exit is sketchy and is tiny and crazily damaged. I used to take my fur babies to avian exotics due to it being the exotic vet closest to my home. I lost two chinchillas at that clinic due to misdiagnosis and negligence. Oh, they also mis gendered a fully grown chinchilla which is a hard thing to do. LOVE ALL WILD THINGS! your babies will definitely be in the best hands here.

called first thing tuesday morning about my terribly sick gecko.. after a couple hours passed & i didn’t hear anything i called back to make sure they had received the message from the first lady i talked to & they said they had. it took them 24hrs to return my phone call & they offered me an appointment for thursday. luckily we got in somewhere else the same day (tuesday) cause my poor baby was NOT doing well & it seemed this place couldn’t care less. if they didn’t have an available appointment that day they could’ve at least called to say that!

I’ve had wonderful experiences with this clinic. So kind, informative, and have worked within my budget while still giving my guinea pigs the best care. Appreciative of the doctor and her staff. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic!
