I’m honestly surprised with the negative reviews here. The staff I interacted with were so friendly, my baby came home without any issues and she’s healing wonderfully. Thank you for your services! I am so grateful to be able to get my pet fixed at a reasonable price with great service. I appreciate the work you guys do!

We had both our cat and dog neutered this past week. From the min I walked in they were so kind and helpful with the check-in process (bringing a cat and dog can be chaotic). Unfortunately on my side, my husband had an unexpected car issue leaving us in a pickle with pick-up and a bit financially. I reached out and explained everything going on (feeling embarrass) and they treated me with nothing but kindness! They were able to arrange an earlier pick up time that would work with our schedule and they also were able to work with us financially on some of the extras we originally signed up for. Before we left from pick-up I felt well prepared for post surgery care. It’s now been 4 days and they are both doing great!! I highly recommend them for services!

I'm not sure if management has changed over the last 4 years but I took my first dog to the gilmer location and it was great. Today, I brought my 1 year old pup to get neutered. I pick him up and they tell me that "they know they gave me my leash back when I dropped him off" even after telling them I did not have it multiple times. I told them I left without a leash but she was quite sure she gave it back to me. She seemed to give me a little attitude but whatever. 2 minutes later she shows up with the leash she was "sure she gave back to me". Then I get home, come to find out my dog had pooped there and stepped all in it. I mean it was CAKED on his paws. So now I'm having to scrub this poop off his feet while my poor baby can barely even stand up. I’m reluctant to even write this review because of how unprofessional the owners responses have been to the other bad reviews.

I took 2 feral kittens to be spayed yesterday. They were so professional from start to finish and did a wonderful job. Very clean and efficient and my kittens are doing great!

We had our dog spayed here - they were professional and did a great job, gave detailed post op instructions. Our dog developed an issue 3 days post op and, even though this fell on a long holiday weekend, they responded promptly. We were able to share pictures, text and speak on the phone to sort out what the issue was and promptly get her treated and feeling better. They were caring, responsive and thorough in the care for our dog. I highly recommend All The Fixins to care for your pet.
