Drove 1 hour to a Very rude doctor named SAM. Went in for X-rays to see what’s wrong with my pup that’s been throwing up for almost 3 weeks and he didnt even look at her for 1 minutes says “she’s good there’s nothing wrong”. Nor did he put her on the table to actually examine her. My visit must have been 3 minutes long. Did not bother to actually check her. He insisted that she need vaccines although he was given her folder with her records showing that she was vaccinated a week prior. I was told to bring my pup here from where I bought the dog. Don’t waste your time or money here. This place Seems to be bought out by stores that sell pets. All scamming with each other and Unprofessional. Only the desk lady was nice. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

All Pets Vet Hospital Introduce

Welcome to the introduction of All Pets Vet Hospital, a veterinary care facility located at 1011 US-202, Branchburg, NJ 08876, USA. Operating under the platform category of Pet Hospital, All Pets Vet Hospital aims to provide a range of veterinary services and potentially offer related goods to cater to the health and well-being of pets in the local Branchburg community and surrounding areas. As a Pet Hospital, the facility is positioned to offer more than just basic care, potentially including diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures to address various pet health needs.

Operating as a Pet Hospital typically implies a commitment to providing comprehensive veterinary care. This category often includes facilities equipped to handle routine wellness visits, vaccinations, illness diagnosis and treatment, surgical procedures, and potentially emergency care. Pet owners generally look to pet hospitals as primary resources for maintaining their pets' health and addressing medical concerns as they arise.

The available information for All Pets Vet Hospital includes two contrasting customer reviews that offer differing perspectives on the services and overall experience. One review describes a very negative experience with a specific doctor, named Sam. The reviewer recounts driving an hour for an examination of their puppy who had been vomiting for nearly three weeks. According to this review, the veterinarian allegedly did not conduct a thorough examination, did not physically assess the puppy on an examination table, and dismissed the issue quickly without a proper investigation. Furthermore, the reviewer claims the doctor insisted on unnecessary vaccinations despite being provided with records showing recent vaccination. The reviewer expressed strong dissatisfaction, labeling the experience as a waste of time and money and raising concerns about the clinic's professionalism and potential affiliations. The only positive mention in this review was regarding the desk lady who was described as nice.

In stark contrast, the second review expresses a highly positive sentiment towards All Pets Vet Hospital. The reviewer states, "I love this vet. They are the best!" They praise the niceness of the people working there and the excellence of the doctors. The reviewer specifically mentions that their pet, Sadie, receives very good care and seems comfortable, even possibly liking to go to the vet. This review offers a completely different perspective, highlighting positive interactions with both the staff and the veterinarians and expressing overall satisfaction with the care provided.

Given these conflicting reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the environment, services, and features of All Pets Vet Hospital. However, we can discuss potential aspects based on the general expectations of a Pet Hospital and the limited insights from the provided feedback.

Environment: Based on the contrasting reviews, it's difficult to form a clear picture of the overall environment. The negative review does not explicitly describe the physical space, but the mention of a "desk lady" implies a reception area. The positive review does not detail the environment either, but the fact that the pet "doesn't mind going" and "might actually like it" could suggest a comfortable or at least non-threatening atmosphere for animals. Typically, a pet hospital environment includes:

Reception Area: Where clients check in and wait for their appointments.

Examination Rooms: Private spaces for consultations and pet examinations.

Surgical Suite: A sterile area for performing surgical procedures.

Diagnostic Imaging: Possibly including X-ray and ultrasound equipment.

Laboratory: For in-house testing of samples.

Treatment Area: For administering medications and other treatments.

Hospitalization Wards: For pets needing overnight or extended care.

The positive reviewer's comment about their pet being comfortable might suggest efforts to create a pet-friendly environment.

Services: As a Pet Hospital, All Pets Vet Hospital likely offers a range of services, which may include:

Routine Wellness Exams: Regular check-ups to monitor a pet's health.

Vaccinations: Protecting pets against various diseases, although the negative review raises concerns about their necessity in one instance.

Parasite Prevention: For fleas, ticks, heartworms, and other parasites.

Diagnostic Services: Including blood work, imaging (like X-rays, as mentioned in the negative review), and other tests to diagnose illnesses.

Medical Treatments: For various health conditions.

Surgical Procedures: Ranging from routine spaying and neutering to more complex surgeries.

Dental Care: Including cleanings and treatment of dental issues.

Emergency Care: The negative review involved an urgent situation, suggesting they may handle such cases, although the outcome was poor in that instance.

The positive review indicates that the doctors provide good care, implying a range of medical expertise.

Features: Based on the limited and conflicting information, potential features of All Pets Vet Hospital might include:

Experienced Doctors: The positive review praises the doctors, suggesting competence.

Friendly Staff: Both reviews mention the niceness of at least one staff member (the desk lady in the negative review, and "the people" in the positive one).

However, the negative review raises serious concerns about the thoroughness and professionalism of at least one veterinarian.

Promotional Information: The provided text does not contain any promotional information for All Pets Vet Hospital. Common promotional strategies for pet hospitals might include:

New Client Specials: Discounts for first-time visitors.

Wellness Packages: Bundled services for preventative care.

Seasonal Promotions: Offers related to specific times of the year or health concerns.

Referral Programs: Incentives for existing clients to refer new ones.

To obtain a more balanced and comprehensive understanding of All Pets Vet Hospital, it is crucial to consider that the provided reviews offer only two individual experiences, which may not be representative of the clinic as a whole. Prospective clients are encouraged to seek additional reviews from various online platforms or directly contact the hospital to inquire about their services, environment, and any current promotions. Contacting them at (908) 707-1555 or +1 908-707-1555, or visiting their location at 1011 US-202, Branchburg, NJ 08876, USA, would be advisable to gather more information and make an informed decision about your pet's care.

In conclusion, All Pets Vet Hospital in Branchburg, NJ, operates as a Pet Hospital offering veterinary services. The limited customer feedback presents contrasting views, with one review being highly negative regarding the conduct of a specific veterinarian and another being very positive about the overall care and staff. Potential clients should consider these differing experiences and seek further information through direct contact or additional reviews to assess if All Pets Vet Hospital meets their needs for pet care.

I have been bringing all my dogs to All Pets for years. First dog was Tiffany, she was 17 when she passed. Then came Peppy, he was only 7 when he passed. Then my Rocky who absolutely loved All Pets and the staff was wonderful to him as he passed at age 11. The wonderful, loving staff was very supportive for me as I said my goodbyes. And I thought I was done with having another fur baby, when I adopted Lola!! All pets is great!!

Very shady operations here. Don’t let them fool you. Doctor Sam is a very weird individual. Ask in the local Facebook groups and you’ll get the truth! I came in for a simple limp dog had, they don’t me he needed hip replacement surgery after 10 minutes of checking him out. I told them I needed a second opinion, charged me like $400 for 10 minutes of their time. Also told me surgery would be $10,000+. My dog is 2 years old. Went to a different vet, Got a second opinion and by the time I got an appointment the limp was gone, and no hip replacement surgery is needed as stated by the second doctor at a different vet locally.

Update 6/11/24 ! My dog Reesie cup had a lump in her eye that grew and we were concerned with! All pets hospitals Michelle Stephanie and Kris and dr Sam and their entire staff quickly scheduled me and helped get her in to remove the lump. She healed so well and looks so much better ! They took such good care of her . Dr Sam was considerate with the price due to wanting to help my dog and I appreciate him and his staff very much. Thanks again. I have been a client at all pets for many many years and even though I live an hour away now , there is no other place I trust with my animals. Michelle, Stephanie, Nevis, Victoria and Dr. Sam genuinely care about your animal. They are incredible knowledgeable about what’s best for your pet and they will treat them like your their own. I am so thankful for the care they gave and have always given my dogs Cooper, Reesie cup and Bowie. Thank you to the entire team.
