When calling for an appointment, they are very accommodating getting our dog seen the same day if needed. The receptionists are very friendly & welcoming. When the Techs come to get you, they are very compassionate in checking you in. Our dog, Wilbur is timid & older but they make him feel relaxed & special which reassures us he is in good hands. The Vets are knowledgeable in their care, taking time with us, never making you feel rushed. Everyones kindness is truly appreciated. In the days following our appointment, we received a text checking on how Wilbur was doing. It is not an automated text. They also follow up with another call or text after our reply. We are newer to this area and feel very happy that we were recommended to All Pets Rogers, and we continue to recommend them.

The good people at All Pets have taken great care of our pups over the years but they went above and beyond when one of our doodles was swept out in the recent tornado. They were so kind and gentle with him and checked on him (and us throughout the week). Couldn’t recommend this vet more!

Very impressed. I was able to get in same day. The treatment helped my pet. I cancelled a follow up appt (because she started feeling better) the night before the appt with no cancellation fee. They text me to check on her 2 days after my initial appt. I received a survey with 1 question. The facility was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. I was able to pay in the examination room as well. I was very impressed. How tuned in they are to their customers and making a stressful process easier is awesome. I don’t usually leave such a glowing review, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Do not recommend for Exotic Pets & Some Billing Issues! I’d like to start with the positives of my experience before sharing the areas where I was disappointed. Pros: 1. The staff is very kind and friendly. The front desk team is always welcoming and ready to help. 2. They took before-and-after pictures of my cat’s teeth during her dental cleaning, which was a thoughtful touch—thank you! Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended for me. Cons: 1. Not good for exotic pets:
I brought in two of my mice for different health concerns: teeth trimming(1) and heart issues(2). * My first mouse needed a teeth trimming. The total bill was $167, which included $78 for partial anesthesia just to keep her calm during the procedure. Later, I learned they don’t have a proper anesthesia induction chamber for small pets and had to use a cat-sized one, which likely contributed to the high cost. * My second mouse, who I suspected had a heart issue or possibly a micro-stroke, was seen by Dr. Curtis Campbell. Since she’s naturally skittish and it was her first vet visit, she was difficult to handle, and unfortunately, the doctor wasn’t able to manage her properly due to a lack of experience with small exotic pets. I asked if they could lightly sedate her to make the exam easier, but he refused, even though they were able to use anesthesia for my other mouse during her teeth trimming. Since she didn’t have any symptoms of a respiratory infection—no discharge, coughing, or sneezing—he seemed unsure of what to do and ultimately just prescribed antibiotics “just in case.” I agreed, as it was better than nothing, but I was disappointed! Adding to that, I was still charged for a full exam that wasn’t really performed. To make matters worse, the antibiotic went bad the next day, and we had to return it. After this experience, I took my mouse to another vet (Wedington Animal hospital, Dr. Erby) who handled her perfectly without any issues. The difference in care and experience was night and day! 2. Billing issues.
On multiple occasions, I was almost charged for an exam when it was just a follow-up. Each time, I had to remind the staff or ask them to confirm with the doctor. I don’t think this was intentional, but it was frustrating nonetheless. 3. No litter box provided after my cat’s dental cleaning.
I scheduled my cat’s pickup for 4 PM, meaning she was at the hospital from 8 AM to 4 PM without a litter box. When I brought her home, she immediately ran to her litter box and stayed there for five minutes—clearly uncomfortable after holding it in for so long. Unfortunately, she almost had an accident in my car on the way home. This seems like a small oversight that could be easily fixed to make post-procedure recovery more comfortable for pets. Overall, while the staff was kind and friendly, I wouldn’t recommend this hospital for exotic pets. Additionally, I’d advise double-checking charges and asking about post-procedure care to avoid any surprises. Edit (Responding to the hospital’s reply): Thank you for your response. I’d like to clarify that when we picked up our cat after her dental cleaning, we asked if she had peed or pooped and we’re told that there was no litter box in her cage. Regarding Dr. Campbell’s experience, I can only speak to mine—he was unable to handle my mouse or perform a basic checkup, while another exotic vet had no issues. Experience may vary by species, but in this case, my mouse wasn’t successfully examined. Reviews exist to share honest experiences, and this was mine. I appreciate your reply and wish you all the best.
