I wish I could be more magnanimous with my rating, but I just cannot. I always felt my dog wasn’t getting a complete outlook regarding the few persistent issues he has, and when a visiting vet was filling in and treated my dog there one day, it confirmed it for me. The fill-in vet had more answers for me, prescribed a medication that was beneficial and referred me to a specialist who would be able to check into issues that had gotten worse as he aged. When I tried to get the effective medication prescribed refilled by the office (which the fill-in vet said could be done twice), they said they couldn’t do it, that he needed to be seen again. So I scheduled a follow-up. After waiting an hour after my scheduled appt & still not getting roomed, I decided I just needed to make a clean break from this office and go somewhere else. Again, I don’t like that I feel the need to post this. If you have a low-maintenance pet who needs routine care, by all means, go here. But if your pet has issues that require better listening and treatment, I would reconsider.

Serving the Mays Landing community and surrounding areas, our pet hospital can be contacted at (609) 625-7001 or +1 609-625-7001. At All Paws Veterinary Clinic, we aim to provide veterinary care for your animal companions, addressing a range of health needs.
Customer reviews regarding All Paws Veterinary Clinic present a somewhat mixed picture of the experiences encountered by pet owners. One reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the level of comprehensive care their dog received for persistent issues. This pet owner felt that a visiting fill-in veterinarian provided a more thorough understanding of their dog's condition, prescribed a beneficial medication, and offered a referral to a specialist for worsening age-related problems. However, when attempting to refill the effective medication through the regular office, the request was denied, requiring another appointment.
The same reviewer further detailed a negative experience with appointment management, citing an hour-long wait past their scheduled time without being seen. This led the pet owner to decide to seek veterinary care elsewhere. Based on this experience, the reviewer suggested that All Paws Veterinary Clinic might be suitable for pets with low-maintenance needs requiring routine care but recommended reconsideration for pets with more complex health issues that demand thorough attention and treatment.
In contrast, another pet owner offered a highly positive review of All Paws Veterinary Clinic. This reviewer specifically commended Stacey and the entire team as "awesome people" whom they trust with all their fur babies. They expressed a strong belief that the clinic genuinely cares for the animals, contrasting this with other places perceived as being primarily motivated by financial gain. This positive feedback highlights the dedication and caring attitude of at least some members of the All Paws team.
Considering the available feedback, the environment at All Paws Veterinary Clinic appears to be staffed by individuals who, according to one reviewer, are perceived as genuinely caring about the animals. This suggests a potentially warm and compassionate atmosphere within the clinic. However, the negative review points to possible issues with appointment scheduling and communication regarding medication refills, which could impact the overall client experience and perception of the clinic's organization.
Regarding services, the positive review implies that All Paws Veterinary Clinic provides routine care for pets. The negative review indicates that the clinic can prescribe medication and potentially offer referrals to specialists. However, it also raises concerns about the thoroughness of the initial assessment for persistent issues and the protocols for medication refills, suggesting potential limitations in certain aspects of their service delivery.
Features of All Paws Veterinary Clinic mentioned in the reviews include the presence of a team member named Stacey who is highly trusted and regarded by at least one client. The contrasting experience, however, highlights potential drawbacks such as perceived incomplete assessments for complex issues and significant appointment delays. These conflicting accounts make it difficult to definitively characterize the standout features of the clinic.

In conclusion, All Paws Veterinary Clinic in Mays Landing, NJ, has received both positive feedback regarding the caring nature of some staff members and negative feedback concerning the thoroughness of care for complex issues and appointment management. Prospective clients may wish to consider these contrasting experiences when choosing a veterinary provider for their pets. For pets requiring routine care, the positive review suggests a trustworthy environment. However, for pets with more involved health concerns, the negative review raises points that may warrant further inquiry and consideration. Contacting the clinic directly may provide additional insights into their practices and help local users determine if All Paws Veterinary Clinic aligns with their specific needs and expectations for their animal companions.

Mar 26, 2025 · Dennis DeitchI highly recommend this vet! Stacey and the team , are awesome people who I highly trust with all my fur babies. They truly care for the animals like they’re their own unlike other places who just care about the money! Thank you to the All Paws Team
Feb 19, 2025 · elsie dipalmaI went to all paws to have my dog looked at and had the most unprofessional experience ever at a Veterinarian Dr Amy Granato needs to work on her professional skills,I have always keep my dog secured when they are looking at him, every time I go there they always want to grab him and hold him very tight no need for this kind of treatment with my dog ! He doesn't know theses people and he will resist them grabbing him that way, then the tech wanted to bring in another person to help ! For what he's not an aggressive dog ! so I question her about this practice and she said they are covered by work mens comp if he bites one of them ! Are you kidding me with this nonsense.if you let me control him you don't have to worry about that. So I question her about that again and she refused to treat my dog !!! I never had this problem with Dr Ritter !! Needless to say I will not be going back there ever again !!!
Feb 15, 2025 · Nick TrofaVery attentive and kind staff. My dog doesn’t appreciate the visits there, but he always gets the best, proper and supportive care.
Mar 23, 2025 · Dannie S.I bring my other pets here and usually everything is fine. Expensive but fine. Today I had a true emergency with my hamster, who was mauled by my one cat after escaping his cage. He needed to be euthanized as he was suffering. They charged me $268 to have a hamster smaller than a post-it note to be euthanized. I was charged $67 for an “office visit” (there was no visit, his insides were on the outside, he needed to be put out of his misery). Then $161 to euthanize an animal that can be weighed in ounces. Plus an additional $40 to cremate him. I was never brought back so I’m not even sure how he was euthanized. I understand being a vet costs money, but that was outrageous to be charged that. And what choice did I have, I couldn’t let the poor little guy continue to suffer. After having him in the back for 10+ minutes they hadn’t even euthanized him yet, not sure what they were waiting on. I wasn’t even offered condolences when I left, just told to have a good day. Oh yeah, it’ll be a great day as I go console my daughter on losing her hamster, and having just witnessed a massacre in my bedroom that I still have to clean up. Some compassion would go a long way. Will be looking for a new vet for my other pets.
