Emergency care is expensive, that’s the fact of the matter if you expect a business to pay good wages to staff a clinic with doctors and vet techs on-site at all hours of the night. We called ahead and immediately after my first sentence we were treated with respect, compassion, and understanding. After voicing concern for the problem, they set financial expectations for the likely diagnostics based on the complaint, of course knowing that it could vary based on the exam and clinical course, same as with humans and hospitalization - you never can be perfectly sure but you can give a minimum and an estimate for total. They said outright the exam would be $200 to assess, and it would go from there with labs and imaging. Working in healthcare, I understand emergency care costs what it does to pay for the urgency and the convenience. Our cat was admitted overnight with pancreatitis. It was a bad situation, we knew it, they knew it, everyone knew it. Staff was very caring and supportive. Amazingly they even allowed us to come back into the housing area beyond the exam rooms to see our cat - then allowed us to return later with his favorite items from home. They were forthcoming about expected costs and understanding that the bill could be steep for anyone (without judgment/condescension), and willing to do only the essential testing to make it as affordable as possible. They explained everything along the way and my wife and I were included in the decision making. We were particularly impressed with the vet techs (several of them) and it’s such a shame we did not catch their names. Anyways, our baby boy is back home (they suggested early discharge due to his good progress and because they knew we missed him) and I cannot tell you how overjoyed we were to pick him up. We were refunded the money on hold since he didn’t stay as long as anticipated. At pick up, Dr. Anthony addressed all of our questions and typed up a personalized plan for taking care of him at home the next few days. I hope we never need you guys again, but I’m glad to know you’re there.

The environment of a well-regarded Pet Hospital like All Paws is designed to be both functional and reassuring. While we cannot provide a visual description of the physical space in the USA, we can infer from the reviews that the focus is on efficiency in emergency situations while maintaining a compassionate atmosphere. For pet owners in Singapore seeking a similar environment, it's important to look for clinics that are clean, well-organized, and equipped with the necessary medical technology to handle a wide range of emergencies. A calm and professional demeanor from the staff can also significantly ease the stress associated with urgent pet care needs.

The services offered by a comprehensive Pet Hospital extend beyond just emergency interventions. Based on the experiences shared by All Paws' clients, these services include thorough initial examinations, advanced diagnostics such as labs and imaging, surgical procedures (both major and minor), overnight care and hospitalization when necessary, and post-operative care planning. For pet owners in Singapore, it is crucial to identify Pet Hospitals that offer a similar breadth of services, ensuring that their pets can receive continuous and comprehensive care under one roof, especially during critical times. The ability to perform timely diagnostics and interventions is a hallmark of a well-equipped emergency pet hospital.

Several key features distinguish an exceptional Pet Hospital. One prominent feature highlighted in the reviews of All Paws is the emphasis on communication and transparency. Clients appreciated being informed about the expected costs upfront, even in the unpredictable nature of emergency care. The willingness to explain procedures, involve owners in decision-making, and adjust billing based on the actual services rendered demonstrates a commitment to ethical and considerate practice. Furthermore, the compassion and support shown by the veterinary technicians and doctors were repeatedly mentioned, underscoring the importance of a caring and empathetic staff in alleviating the stress of pet emergencies. The flexibility shown in allowing owners to visit their hospitalized pet and bring familiar items from home also speaks volumes about their understanding of the emotional needs of both pets and their owners.

Another significant feature is the expertise and knowledge of the veterinary professionals. Emergency Preparedness: Does the hospital have the facilities and staff to handle urgent and critical cases at all times?

Communication Practices: Do they prioritize clear and honest communication about diagnoses, treatment plans, and associated costs?

Compassionate Care: Is the staff known for their empathy, understanding, and supportive approach towards both pets and their owners?

Range of Services: Can they provide a comprehensive suite of services, including diagnostics, surgery, hospitalization, and ongoing care?

Qualified Professionals: Are the veterinarians and veterinary technicians experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best possible care?

Client Involvement: Do they actively involve pet owners in the decision-making process and respect their concerns and preferences?

I want to preface this with, we have 3 dogs and 1 cat (FIV+), that we love very, very much. My husband and I had to rush our cat, on the aftermath of a snowy day, to the nearest emergency clinic. That clinic being All Paws. We understand how emergency clinics operate, and knew we'd potentially have a wait ahead of us, since our boy was an emergency situation, but not dire. We thought he had swallowed plastic, but he was diagnosed with a potentially way bigger problem, once we got seen. We made the necessary plans for a spare of the moment surgery, paid the very fair bill, and left him in their hands. We were called 30 minutes later, by a celebratory staff, that he was in better repair than they thought, no big surgery needed, and just a minor surgical procedure had to, and was, completed. Plus, they readjusted our bill to fit the less surgical payment. The staff at this animal hospital was so caring and kind, and Dr. Burbridge was knowledgeable, kind, and considerate in how she explained things. I'm so glad this was the hospital clinic we took our boy to, and now, he is at home, playing and cuddling with his best friend (one of his dog sisters) again, and without pain. I'm aware not all cases are this lucky, but that is not the fault of this overworked, emotionally drained, staff. They work long and hard days, and truly care. I'm sure they wish this best case scenario on all their clients. Ty to the whole staff of All Paws for helping to create our boy's outcome, and for cheering his good outcome with us. That meant the world.

I’ll be honest. I was a little worried bringing my fur baby here based on reviews. However I’m so glad I did. Early this morning I thought my dog was on the verge of dying. She was trembling and wouldn’t move or do anything at all. She always gets excited in the morning but not this morning. She was struggling terribly. I called everywhere around even in Greensboro and no one could see her today. So we went here. We were brought in almost immediately and they took my baby back for an exam, bloodwork and imaging. I didn’t get to go back for that but I could hear them they were so close. I never heard my dog bark or even whine. They brought her back to me as we waited for test results. Once results were in the vet come in to speak with us for a good bit. Everyone was so nice. I assume the vet tech who answers the phone and gets us back and discharges us, was very knowledgeable from our first phone call. She explained what would likely be done and how much it was going to cost. She estimated $800 for exam, bloodwork and X-rays. Yes it’s expensive and it really stinks that pet care is so much money but with that said we walked out paying $855 and that included meds. Hours later and my dog is feeling so so much better. Complete turnaround from this morning. I was very pleased with our visit here and would use them again in the event of an emergency after hours. Thank you for helping my fur baby 🙌

My poor little fella was not feeling good Thursday night and was throwing up so much. Of course it was after hours and I wasn’t sure where to go. Didn’t want to drive 30 mins but found All Paws Pet Emergency. This was our first time here, staff was awesome and Dr. Anthony was great with Nubbets. She explained everything to a clear point. Thank you all for taking care of my fella!!! 🥰🐾💯

Had an emergency come up, and Kate and Lesley advised me well. We had to being my cat in, and they were able to help get him stabilized until we could follow up with our pet's PCP. I want to also shout out for Hannah, who proved adaptable when my cat made a mess. My only complaint : I was advised to call animal poison control. I don't regret that decision, but I was not made aware until I was already in the office that they'd charge a separate fee just to talk with them. That wasn't a pleasant surprise. All said and done, I am pleased with the care we received. Emergency medical is always expensive, but their care helped save my cat's life. I do recommend them, but bear in mind that costs will add up.
