Finally found a vet to listen to the changes we've been observing in our senior dog and the resulting challenges we were facing. Made diagnostic suggestions without demanding invasive procedures and prescribed NSAIDs, which seemed to have improved our dog's pain significantly more than other prescriptions we'd tried. So grateful this practice was willing to take us on as a new complicated client.

Sept 2023: Updating my original review just to say that three years in, I’m still obsessed with this veterinary practice! We’ve worked with several vets over the course of that time, but each one is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and deeply cares about my pet. They’re taking new clients again, so jump at the chance! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Morgan and her entire team at All Creatures! Sadly, I don’t think they’re taking on new clients, but when they do, I would highly recommend them! They’ve treated my exotic shorthair cat since I got him two years ago. During that time, he has received top notch care—Dr Morgan and her staff take their time to thoroughly address all of my concerns. They squeeze him in when he has an urgent health need, and always offer reliable/honest recommendations about which treatment option to prefer. I feel so lucky that my little guy gets to go here! Even more so to have such a great vet within blocks of my apartment. 🤗

This review is long overdue. It’s about to be a year since Boogies passing. Dr.Morgan took care of my dog Boogie, she made me feel comfortable and gave me the info I needed to make decisions about his health and about payment. She also followed up with me after our appointment! Overall she was just so great with Boogie and I!

We moved farther away from this vet office (Bushwick) and have tried other vets closer to home, but we came back to All Creatures because of the wonderful comprehensive care they offer to our cat. They really take the time to explain everything to you and give you several options understanding that vet bills add up quickly and not trying to up-sell you on unnecessary tests. I also wanna mention Drew at the front desk specifically who goes above and beyond to make you and your pet feel well cared for. Quick, responsive, and thoughtful staff.

I took my elderly cat here for years and while the care was good while she was alive, what’s disappointing is their actions after she died. I let them know shortly after she was gone and never received any condolence. Months later when I rescued my dog, the shelter called to check my reference and All Creatures told them I was behind on care for my cat. Clearly a lack of empathy and communication. Needless to say I moved my new dog’s care to Pure Paws (which is close by) and have never looked back.
