All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital and Urgent Care

Our experience with All Creatures Great and Small has been bittersweet. Bitter because we lost our beloved Guinea pig, Dash, but sweet because we met a team of caring physicians who truly care about animals and what they do. I’d like to thank the staff (everyone at the front desk and Trish) to Dr. Santiago who was the sweetest and kindest vets I’ve met and guided us along the way, to Dr. Ashmore who was also very sweet. They got us in when we needed care right away. They really mean “all creatures great and small” because they cared for Dash so well. Thank you for your guidance, compassion, and bedside manner. We truly appreciate all you’ve done for us.

My cat and I had our first visit with Dr. Ashmore today. I can't adequately express the professionalism, kindness, and attention we received. Dr. Ashmore's love for his profession is clear, and your precious furbabies coudn't be in more caring hands. As someone who is relatively new to the area, finding a vet in whom I have faith and confidence was paramount. Mission accomplished. ~ Laura

Dr. Ashemore was the most lovely vet and this was really the best experience. All the techs and receptionists were so kind to my cat who had to stay overnight. They took such good care of my cat and were so communicative and just great. It was so affordable compared to the other emergency vet ive been to!!!! I really really appreciate them and will be changing this to my normal vet💕

I called Dr. Ashmore after office hours he picked up the phone himself and I explained Bella needed a surgery and the Vet we did go to said they couldn’t do it until mid December. Her condition worsened so I had to seek another Vet and when I spoke to Dr. Ashmore and told him what was happening he immediately said to bring Bella in the next day and would perform the surgery. My kids and I felt so relieved at how much he had interest not only in Bella but in all of the animals he takes care of at his practice. An amazing doctor and we are so happy that God had Dr Ashmore perform Bella’s surgery…he knew best and we are thrilled to say that Bella is doing wonderfully. She is back to her old self. Amazing staff from start to finish! Thank you for being so supportive and accommodating! These days it’s unusual! God Bless you Dr Ashmore all the best to you and your staff! 😊

With Thanksgiving here it's natural to think of those we are thankful for. For me, Dr. Ashmore is definitely one of those people. I found him as our vet earlier this year in March. At that time, I had four dogs. I now have two dogs. Although it was an extremely tough year, experiencing the loss of two older dogs only 13 days apart, finding Dr. Ashmore was a blessing. I was in search of a new vet this past March and at that time thought it was probably impossible to find someone I was looking for to care for my heart dog, Hunter, a 17 year old Chihuahua Terrier. He had been in the care of the same vet for 16 years who no longer cared for him the way he received care when he was younger. Dr. Ashmore came highly recommended but after searching for a new vet for a while I had my doubts...that was until I met him. Instead of looking at my dog as old and not caring, he was honored to meet him and told me he was 17 years young. His goal was to keep him with me as long as possible, comfortably, which is what he did until this past August. He did the same for my 11 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Jackson, who had degenerative mylopathy. Dr. Ashmore got to know myself, my dogs and my family very well from March until August when both of my dogs crossed to the Rainbow Bridge with him by their side. To say he cares is an understatement. You and your pets will become his priority and you will be treated as family with the kindness you and your pets deserve. You do not need to look any further if you are looking for a new vet. He is by far the best vet and most genuine vet who has cared for any of my animals. I now have my other two dogs in his care. I know they are the correct hands which will not harm them or do anything to them which is unnecesary. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that can happen with other vets prior to finding Dr. Ashmore. I can finally rest easy knowing my pets are in the best of care with Dr. Ashmore. He listens to you, makes you part of your pet's care, explains things thoroughly and is truly dedicated to being your pet's veterinarian. I am so very thankful to him for his dedication to my animals and all creatures, whether great or small, young and old.
