I’ve held off on posting this bcs, well, life. But I am honestly saddened by the way I was treated the last time I took my boys to AAAH. I have been taking my animals to Dr. B for decades. He has taken care of my animals for years. In July, my eldest Ivy was put to rest at 16.5yo, the first time she was seen at AAAH she was 2. The dog of my life Coopers first visit was in 2010 @ 10 weeks old, and was put to rest July 5, 2019 at AAAH. I could go and on about the numerous animals I have trusted to AAAH & Dr. B. My days with large dogs are over, I’m too old for them. I now have frenchies. All adopted/rescued. When Bubba came to us in 2019, he already had an established vet. Mylo we had just adopted in August. Bubba came to us with an established relationship with another vet, so that’s where he’s been going. But, bubbas vet wasn’t available, we’d just gotten Mylo and he hadn’t been seen by a vet yet, so I made a Saturday appointment at the end of October beginning of November for minor issues. One of Bubbas wrinkles got infected and I just wanted advise on Mylos constantly chapped nose. Dr. B just happened to be in that day and I hadn’t seen him in years, and was so excited. He was always kind to me and my animals. So what followed left me speechless. He rushed thru the visit with little to no actual concern as to why I was there. He started with Mylos nose. He said he’s a Frenchie, he licks it a lot. Yeah, doc I get that. I showed him what I was using and he basically scoffed at the product, me, and my dog. And moved on to Bubba without another look at Mylo (to be fair on this point, they didn’t charge me to see him). Bubba was my bigger concern. We’d had him for 5 years, have never had an issue with keeping up his wrinkles, so we didn’t know wth was going on, his normal vet couldn’t see him for another week and we just wanted a piece of mind. He did everything but look at his wrinkle. Stated he had an eye infection (which he misdiagnosed), gave me some eye drops, and basically told again “it’s a Frenchie you need to clean their face”. I was so mad and hurt by his dismissive and condescending attitude, I’ve literally been patronizing his business for almost 30yrs. I got my dogs, paid the $75, and left. With all the bad press they’d received after losing someone’s dog, I was just going to “let a sleeping dog lay”, but a week after their visit, I received a phone call from his staff asking for my feedback. I kindly obliged. The young lady I spoke to stated they have no office manager, and wanted to know what she could do to make it right. I advised her a refund to start. We took bubba to his regular vet a few days later and lo and behold, his wrinkle was infected, not his eye. I then advised her I wanted a follow up call bcs honestly, super irritating to have patronized an establishment for so long, I just felt as tho Dr. B should at least hear the complaint. No follow up, no refund. Xmas, a death in the family, and a world of life that has happened since October, I’m still irritated enough by the situation to write this review. 4.5 months later. So, just in case your receptionist didn’t pass the message Dr. B, if there are certain animals you’d just prefer to not treat, then say that. Your disdain towards my dogs was palpable and also strange bcs you had always been so kind to my animals in the past, that it’s literally the only thing I can assume. Rest assured you won’t be bothered by them or any of my animals in the future, again.

This place is amazing!!!! I only gave 5 stars because I wasn't allowed to leave 10!!!!! We have recently moved to Las Vegas and my dog Pupperton has fallen ill. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They have been like a member of our family in the care they have given. The father and son duo are superb and as compassionate as I have ever experienced in any type of medical practice. Patient and caring. I have been in tears since this began, and have received nothing but support. Some of those tears have been of joy because of the treatment of the staff here, they really care. Speaking of staff, the techs have been as compassionate as the doctors. If not more so. They have gone above and beyond. Please if you need pet care, come here. They are the absolute pinnacle of excellence in pet care, with a heaping portion of love for their craft, patients and customers.

The front desk employee name Lili or maybe spells Lily at All American Animal Hospital, she's so rude, no emphaty, no compassion to pet owners. My pet chihuahua passed away on February 17, 2025. As a pet owner, this is so unbearable 💔 😢 painful feelings. I was talking to her on the phone and said that I will pick up the ashes at their place, she just hanged up the phone with no saying bye or sympathetic nor compassion word. Even in person when I was there she's rude to other customers/ patients too. My message to Lili or Lily, learn how to be nice to pet owners especially to grieving pet owners and learn the telephone manner. This bad attitude may affect the good name of All American animal Hospital if you will continue to be rude.

Doctor was good. Very experienced. Clean, not stinky like other veterinarians or places I've been with kennels.
