Awesome place! I took my dog who was having trouble walking (hind leg) after taking him to another horrible place only to be told that my dog’s lameness was a result of him being fat. After a full ortho workup at Angel with no concrete results, my wonderful vet called and got me into Advanced Specialty in Walpole to see a very kind neurologist who fit us into there schedule the next day. Mind you, this wasn’t a cheap date, but they were compassionate and they LISTENED to me. After reviewing all his records, appropriate recommendations were provided and they were able to get it all the testing completed within one day. My answer was provided a few days later with a clear treatment plan and a plan for them to follow us through his course of medicines and track his progress. Other recommendations will be made along with potential options if the meds don’t work. Yes I spent a lot of money, but otherwise I’d have no way of treating my relatively young (8 year old) and overall very healthy dog. I am thankful for their compassion and thorough attention to his needs. Finn is getting the care he deserves and needed here without being dismissed. Thank you for taking care off Finn! ❤️

Mar 06, 2025 · Elizabeth GaineyI am so grateful for the skill, concern and expediency of Carmella's treatment. You saved my baby and I am so appreciative. There really are not words to express my gratitude. The practice offers highly-skilled professionals, speed in addressing the issue, follow-up and contact with the staff is outstanding. If you and your pet need medical help, don't hesitate!
Oct 04, 2024 · Patricia QuirkMy dog had surgery 5 days ago and so far we have been very happy with the treatment she has received. The technicians responded to my questions and concerns each time I called. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the staff and technicians as this was the first time we have had to go through any type of treatment for our puppy.
Mar 22, 2025 · Lori ShoneThis won't let me give 0 stars. DO NOT go here! My dog was in for his weekly chemo, and they overdosed him on the wrong medication. He has been in the hospital elsewhere for a week, still in the ICU. This is complete negligence, dangerous and malpractice. I have not received a phone call from the treating veterinarian or the owner. I was in VetMed for over 20 years, and you always have 2 or 3 people check the medication prior to administration. My poor dog went in trusting his team, and now is in critical condition. What a disgrace.
Mar 18, 2025 · Corey TobinsWhen our girl got diagnosed with IVDD, my husband and I were completely devastated. The onset denial was limiting our ability to process the steps needed to proceed with her recovery. Thanks to our vet's recommendation, we were sent to advanced veterinary who immediately set a plan in motion, starting with conservative treatment. When that was not showing much promise, we were advised to proceed with surgery. Though years were taken off me and my husband's lives, Dr. Cona Anwer and the rest of the team not limited to our front desk receptionist gave us the strength we needed to have our girl go through surgery. They were so kind and sweet to her that her anxiety wasn't as palpable when she came home. The suture was pin thin and phenomenal and her mobility will surely come in time. I couldn't be more please and grateful for their care of her and we will always give praise to this facility for their professionalism and knowledge. The care that was taken
