I enjoyed my visit there with my fur babies . Everyone , especially ladies at the front desk are very professional, very helpful, very patient and polite , very helpful. Answered every question I had. And the staff handeling all pets made them feel safe and comfortable. So gentle with my fur babies. Kept me informed about everything and answered every single question I asked before and after getting my fur babies spayed . Thank you advance pet care staff. 🙏 You are all appreciated. You can reply to reviews but not my email regarding my refund on an appointment you canceled, right. I don’t recommend this place they make it difficult. It’s been two weeks and I was told my refund should’ve gone in 7-10 days at most. I’ve already sent a follow up email and no response. I’ve called and no response. The day of the appointment they canceled on me right on the exact time. Was I upset? Yes of course I made the drive and my cat who was severely upset peed in his carrier from the stress. He does not do good when going to the vet. Understandably, I was not happy but whatever. It took days to get ahold of them but finally I did. I was told I’d be given an option I chose refund since by then my cat was doing way better. It’s just weird how hard it is to talk to someone and how they’re not responsive. It’s about to be 3 weeks and I wanted to give the benefit of a doubt but I’m leaving this review to share my experience and maybe warn others about thinking twice before booking an appointment here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT bring your pets to Advance Pet Care until they seriously improve their customer service. I was required by the DP to take my dogs here—if it were my choice, I would’ve gone elsewhere. From the very beginning, the front desk receptionist made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. I’m generally calm and easygoing, but her behavior was beyond unprofessional. She was laughing and chatting with customers in the back while juggling phone calls (poorly), slamming the phone and headset around, and using a rude, sarcastic tone with everyone. My dogs’ bill was covered by a foundation, but she still handed me an invoice with unexpected charges that made no sense—and couldn’t explain it properly. I ended up paying just to get my dogs released and be done with the situation. Unfortunately, I had to come back for a follow-up, and once again, same attitude. I even told her, “You’re always stressing me out when I get here.” She just smiled awkwardly but didn’t change her tone. During that second visit, a nurse handed me a clipboard with a $168 bill for services I NEVER requested or authorized. She acted like I had asked for them! When I refused, the receptionist later popped into the exam room asking if I wanted the services at a “better price.” Absolutely not. This is how they take advantage of people—especially those who may be older or not used to questioning bills. It’s predatory and disgusting. On top of all that, when I was checking out, I was charged a small disposable fee (totally fine), but then she asked if I wanted the change to stay on the account as credit. I’m never coming back here! This place needs serious accountability. If this is how they treat customers, it really makes me question how they’re treating our pets behind closed doors. It’s heartbreaking. In a place where people come with love and concern for their animals, the absolute least they could offer is some compassion and respect. Please—save yourself the stress, protect your pet, and take your business elsewhere. The owners of this clinic need to retrain their staff, especially the front desk receptionist. Here’s hoping they take this seriously.

We've been using Advance Pet Care for a number of years. The problem is the quality of care has digressed to the point that I'd never, ever go back. The rudeness of the people working there is just terrible. Never will we set foot in this place ever again. Also, the prices are as if I was going to the Dr's. They wanted 65 dollars for a rabies shot. I just went to Colton Animal hospital and got the same shot for 20 dollars with no appointment. Advance Pet Care needs to close their doors and find something else to do.

This is a great place to go when you are on a budget! Every Saturday they have clinic prices where the exam price is waived and the vaccines are basically half off between 9 to 2 (get here at 1 pm since it's a walk in). The staff is helpful when answering questions and we will return!
