Absolutely love this clinic! The doctors we have seen include Dr Sam, Dr Kristin and Dr Paul. They are so compassionate…it’s like taking your pet to a good friend. I travel from Wisconsin because they are worth it! It’s easy to get an appointment and their hours are accommodating.

Dr. Nicole is amazing! We bring our 2 pups and kitties to get treated at this facility. Friendly staff and exercise care from start to finish.

We've been taking our pups here for years and have a great experience every time we visit! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Teddy and Wrigley love to go see Dr. Jen especially! The clinic was even wonderful to our late, sweet girl, Addison and helped us during her final moments. I don't even live that close to this office, but they are worth the drive to keep our babies healthy and happy. Thank you to the kind staff at Animal Care Clinic in Algonquin!

One of the best kennels in our area. Always clean large kennels and the staff!! The staff who take care of our dogs is like no other! They are so attentive they call with any information we need while we are gone. They are gentle and caring and I will go nowhere else to kennel our dogs. We also love their vet care and their doctors. They have been in Lake in the Hills for so long they just know how to do it right. Love them!

Saw Dr Sharon today on short notice. She took care of my cat and provided me with a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan. She was very empathetic and kind to my cat and to me. The girls at the front desk are also very kind and compassionate. Thank you so much!

Amazing place, first time here. They were great with our cat Lila who was having dental issues. We have been looking for a new vet office and we are going to bring our dog here too. Great communication and care. Excited to have a new place we can trust.

I have brought my pets to Animal Care Clinic for more than 20 years and there is no other veterinary practice that I would ever go to. I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Sharon Payne who is one of the most amazing veterinarians ever. And to the wonderful front office staff, kennel staff, and veterinary technicians at the practice.

The vet techs are the kindest most gentle souls here. They are so amazing with both of my dogs. Dr. Jen is amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. Never had any issues coming here and will continue to do so.
