If I could give no stars at all, I would. Highly disappointed. I should had read the truthful reviews but I did not. They were the most rude people I have encountered in this industry. They were rude from the moment I made the apt for my 2 dogs and my cat. I ended up making the apt only for my dogs because the recepcionist made me so angry by the way she spoke to me. I continued to make the apt hoping that the doctor would provide me with a better experience, and I could overlook the awful phone customer service. WRONG!!! Everyone was absolutely rude to me, my son and my fur babies. The apt was at 4 pm and I was out by 4:12 pm. It was an express visit. I am not sure if they even liked dogs. The doctor was sarcastic when I asked a question. . And he acted scared of one of my dogs (maybe because my dog is a pitbull) My dog is a sweet baby btw. I learned my lesson. I will just keep looking for a vet office that has caring staff.

Dr Sheffield saved two of my dogs. He's not there to be your best friend, he's there to help your animal. I sometimes don't agree with his pricing but overall he's an amazing Dr. Ms Donna has been there at least 20 years that I've used his services so that will show you the internal dynamic of a great place.

THANK YOU, EVERYONE AT AA VET, FOR TAKING AMAZING CARE OF OUR BABIES! So i read some of the reviews about staff not being friendly & i 10000% totally disagree! If you want a vet thats TOTALLY FOCUSED on your pets than THIS IS THE PLACE! The staff has never been anything but "all about your pet"! I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT THATS ALL WE CARE ABOUT! But they've always been good 2 us as well! AA vet also helped us with the right treatment option for 2 of our adopted rescues that were heart worm positive & another vet wanted to charge us $7000 4 a treatment that was extremely hard on an animal but especially bulldogs! We stuck with the treatment AA recommended and they r both heartworm free now! We are so beyond happy with AA vet! We have 4 English bulldogs and they take amazing care of all of them! I had a urgent situation with our oldest & called and they got me in within an hour! VERY HAPPY!! I had a friend with an emergency situation with her frenchie & I called them & thanks to the staff at AA Vet, they were able to put me in touch with a vet that's able to help her! I was very impressed today. The office is very clean and neat and the staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Sheffield was kind and let me know up front what my treatment options were and the costs so I could make an informed decision. He took the time to instruct me on after care and how to administer Gypsy’s medicine so I could be sure to give her the correct dose. He listened to my concerns about her and made sure I understood my options. The office staff were great as well. I’m so glad I Dr. Sheffield because our former Vet retired. I would definitely recommend AA Animal Clinic .

I wish I could give 0 stars, but I can't. Worst vet ever. read all of the negative reviews, and they all pretty much say the exact same thing. Worst customer service, bedside manner of any vet ever. The vet himself is extremely rude and acts like he doesn't like animals and likes people even less. The negative reviews all say the same thing. We will not be going back unless it's an emergency and they are the only one open, which is why we went today in the first place (Saturday). They also way overcharge for their medications. There are plenty of other options, so we will be going elsewhere.
