Much gratitude to Dr. Christine Daigler for giving Bunny, my feline friend for over a decade, a most peaceful way to cross over to the next part of her journey. The thought of bringing Bunny to the vet's office, knowing that it would stress her out while in the car in her crate while she's already suffering, was extremely daunting emotionally. I'm forever grateful to my friend who recommended Dr. Daigler. Dr. Daigler took me through the difficult process in the most compassionate way. Bunny passed away in her bed (pic), in her home, with my arms around her. I can't think of a more dignified way to say goodbye.

I am so incredibly grateful to Dr Daigler for her services helping my sweet Tom move on to the other side. My worst fear was that he would be afraid at the end but we all felt immediately at ease with her. An at home ceremony was absolutely the right choice for us, especially since it allowed his brother to be there. She held space for our grief and made the transition more peaceful than I ever imagined. He is home now. We thank you endlessly, Christine.

They say you get what you pay for, but that is not the case with Dr. Daigler. You get FAR more than expected with her. It's been several months since I was forced to use her services, I was hoping it would get easier to write this but no such luck. My sweet girl would have been 17 this month. Last Thanksgiving, we got the tragic news that she was terminal. There was very little I could do, she declined very quickly and by January I had no other option but to let her go. Peaceful Passage wasn't my first choice, I actually contacted another organization but they weren't available and recommended her. By some divine grace, she was the only option left and had some availability. She was incredibly kind. I called her from the car and couldn't get through two words before completely falling apart. She was patient and gathered some information, promising to call back the next morning. She called promptly on time, I apologized for my outburst the night before and she told me not to worry about it because she knew how hard this is. We discussed the details and settled on a plan. She arrived shortly after the time we agreed on, which is fine because I wanted as much time with my baby as possible. Dr. Daigler arrived, she gave me a small gift to help ease the suffering, we quickly went over some paperwork and made some final decisions, and then it was time for one of the worst days of my life. She let me choose the location in my house, and was prepared with a pad to place underneath my cat. She gave her a squeeze treat, talked me through everything she was going to do before she did it and as she did it. She let me stay with my girl for quite a while. She moved away but didn't leave so I could be closer to her but she could still keep an eye on her until she was finally free from her physical body. She let me stay with her for a little while. Let my other cats see her and understand. She even gave me the choice to carry her out or not. I chose to carry her, and she wrapped my cat up in a very sweet way, almost like a baby. I was able to carry her to the Dr's car, where she had the back arranged with some nice pillows and blankets to make it more presentable. I don't remember her leaving, but i know she did. It was absolutely horrible, I loathed every single second of it and still can't go for very long without breaking down without her here. But Dr. Daigler did everything in her power to make it as tolerable as possible. It's incredible to me how kind she is, and that she's been practicing over 20 years and is more affordable than most of the rest of these services. The urn I received back is beautiful. I got everything I asked for, except my cats immortality. Unfortunately, it's likely I will need these services again as I have always had furry friends and don't plan on stopping. This will be my first choice and recommendation for anyone who needs extra tenderness and care during such a horrific and devastating time. I am not a religious person, but I do believe that something helped guide us to each other so my poor sweet baby girl could have a dignified, loving, and peaceful end and go be free to run and eat as many snacks as she pleases. I'm not sure I will ever truly recover from her loss, but it helps that we got to say goodbye the way we did. I miss her everyday.

Dr. Christine Daigler is a truly amazing person. I don't know how she is able to do what she does, but I am exceedingly thankful for her. I appreciate the calm compassionate way in she helped us say goodbye to Dexter. I wish I were more articulate right now, but we are still very raw about our loss. I didn't want too much time to pass before we shared a well-deserved great review for A Peaceful Passage. Thank you, Dr. Daigler.

Our 18 year-old kitty, Carmen, was suffering. Her grooming, eating, remembering and playfulness all diminished dramatically, especially recently. After much turmoil, our family decided it was time. It was the hardest, yet most obvious, decision our family has made. Dr. Daigler provided comfort, professionalism, and immense knowledge, that was so needed! I’ll always remember lightly petting Carmen as she passed. Thank you, Dr. Daigler, for providing this service.
