A Family Veterinarian

We recently had to put our chocolate lab Charlie to sleep, and I just want to say that everyone at A Family veterinarian was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and nice and it was by far the best experience that we’ve ever had when we put a beloved pet to sleep, they are such kind, wonderful, caring people, and they have taken care of Both of our dogs and I highly recommend them and my husband William and I thank them very much

The Veterinarian is extremely Knowledgeable, polite, and He cares. He’s like an old fashioned Physician from decades ago who actually listens and observes and thinks about your pet’s symptoms. I asked him so many questions and he was very patient. I wish I had a doctor like him for MY doctor and for MY dentist. May he be blessed.

Thank you for taking care of Chief Pearl and “the cat”. I have had dogs my whole life so I’ve always had to go to the veterinarian. I just moved here and was quickly relieved when I found this place. The staff was kind and gentle. They were always nice to our animals. Ha.

I didn’t even get the pleasure of showing up to the business because when I called in to tell them that when I first googled them, their hours were saying they were closed as shown in the picture below, The only reason for my call was to make sure they were still open because I had an appointment at 4:30 and as I tried to speak with her, she constantly kept telling me that’s not her problem it’s been correct for the past six years And I told her that she was being very rude and all I was doing was explaining to her what Google said just wanted to make sure she was open. She continued to be rude and hung the phone up on me. Then when I tried to call back, she would keep sending me to voicemail. I asked if I could speak to someone higher up and she told me that she’s the only one there that’s higher up. I just think having someone at the front desk who is so rude is not good for a business PS her name is Angelica.

Dr. Ed has taken care of my pets for the last 4 years. His office runs smoothly by a great team of people. Always quickly respond to voice-mail and questions.
