Beyond amazing helping our family transition out of the US providing Health Certificates for 5 pets without breaking the bank. Every person we encountered was Heartbased, kind, compassionate even when the unthinkable happened and our little kitty relieved herself in a peculiar way the vet laughed and said she was impressed in the unique situation our Chicken Bear showed her. Dr. Jade is an incredible vet, not only is she experienced, knowledgeable, she is very compassionate in caring for your pet. She treats all pets as if they were her very own. We have lost a few pets over the years because of bad health issues or of old age and she always stays with you to offer her heartfelt condolences. Summer her vet tech is very loving with the pets also and adds even more warmth to the office.

I am a foster volunteer and currently have 6 foster pups in my care (along with my 3 girls). I have known Dr. Jade Echagarrua for over 10 years and followed her from Avocado Animal Hospital to her new practice because of who she is. Dr. Jade and Summer, her PA, are two of the most caring, understanding, and amazing people I have ever met. Not only are they ALWAYS (and I mean ALWAYS including the weekends) there to help but they have treated my girls and the foster pups with the best care I have ever seen. I've been to other vets and they don't even compare to the high level of attention and the quality of service that you receive from Dr. Jade. Knowing that I foster pets, she is always willing to work with me by doing home visits since it's difficult bringing 6 pups into the office, she even touches base with me on the weekends when the pups were sick or if I had questions or concerns, both Dr. Jade or Summer respond to my messages in a timely manner and follow up with me constantly to make sure my pups are healthy. Never have I seen a vet/doctor/medical professional who actually takes time to help during their only free time. The attention and assistance I have received from both Summer and Dr. Jade is why I'm writing this review. I believe that even though it's easy to rant and rave about a negative experience, writing about a positive experience rarely happens. If you have pets and are looking for a vet who TRULY gives 110% every day, there's no better vet in South Florida.

This office is the best! The specialists are super nice and accommodating. You can tell they actually enjoy and care about what they do here. Thank you so much will definitely be bringing our cat back.
