It's always a pleasure to be here. Such a calm place on the waterfront. Ice skating during Christmas and New Year holidays is crowded but fun to witness. And don't forget the amazing ice creams and hot chocolate from Franklin Fountain!!

Giving this 3 stars because of the gravel, which is not a safe choice for rough dog play. But park was empty on a Saturday so I think most dog owners know that. There are trash cans and working water but no poop bags or toys. Fence is about 4.5 feet high. There is an expensive ($20) parking lot next to it and regular paid street parking is a bit of a walk. There are benches and cute trees and it's nice to be near the water but as a dog park it's mediocre. There is a super small unlabeled small dog area and large dog area but since they aren't labeled it defeats the purpose. If they changed it to mulch or turf it would be great here and then there also might be more doggos.

The dogs had a blast running around and even made a new friend. There were plenty of benches to sit on and the park was very clean.
