Wish they had water for dogs to drink or at least a container to hold water. Love the little park atmosphere - lots of shade and benches to sit. A stream runs by, which provides a nice breeze as well as wildlife.

It's always advisable for visitors, especially those from outside the immediate Green Lake area, to check with the City of Green Lake's official website or the contact number provided to inquire about any local regulations, such as permit requirements or usage fees, that might be in place to support the park's upkeep. It is a nice park. The issue is in how people treat it. I've seen people in chain smoking by the gate while the dogs run around and handle business. Then they just leave without cleaning up. I see people leave without cleaning up all the time. I am sure it happens everywhere but I expect more from a small community. The lady who donated that Park did something nice and people should be more respectful of what she gave them. Not everywhere has a nice fenced-in dog park.

Nice fenced in area with natural grass and lots of trees and benches. Bring your own water, as there is not fresh available. No cost thanks to local donations to sponsor the park.

The dog park has a large dog area and then a small dog area and a very nice iron fence. It's obviously very well taken care of. The only thing I would say is that as someone with 2 90 lb dogs the park was probably on the small side for us. I would wager that it's the size of a standard city house lot. So if you just need a quick place to bring your dog for a little run around and you're in the area great. Or if you have a smaller dog I can see this as being a great resource. But I drove 25 minutes to get to the dog park and I think it didn't quite meet our needs. If you're looking for a big dog park in a bucolic like setting, check out Ripon dog park. I think it's around 3 or 4 acres and it's just outside of town in the country on an old farm and really quite beautiful.

Dog park? Or owner park? LOL! We're always greeted by happy dog owners as our pups run around the grounds playing. There are 2 large fenced in areas- one for small dogs and one for the rest.
