Zionsville Pet Wellness Clinic

Normally I go to College Park Pet Wellness Clinic but I had an urgent need and Zionsville Pet Wellness Clinic had an opening. Since they’re a sister clinic it made sense to me. College Park Pet Wellness Clinic rocks too. I called a bunch before coming and they were supportive and understanding. When we arrived they immediately took us to a room and started getting information. Our vet tech was wonderful, the doctor was wonderful and the other staff were kind and caring. They came up with a game plan and helped me and my dog Lulu. I’m so grateful they got us into an appointment.

The staff and the doctor were absolutely amazing. I didn't wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen and they looked over my Mando with tender care. He LOVES them. Setting up an appointment is very easy.

Service (Zionsville) is always top notch starting from the welcome board of names, the little scarf, the service requested, through the follow-up. Staff is always helpful, explains everything so well, and generally cares. Doctors take their time and I’ve never felt rushed; from a simple check up, to putting our fur baby down. Always thoughtful. This service was a dental, and I must admit, I haven’t been the best pet owner when it came to this service. No guilt trip and thorough conversation about on-going maintenance after cleaning. Quoted almost $900, came in at $500. I was surprised, and just reminder that they really care about what is best for both fur baby and owner. We have the monthly membership and absolutely worth it as yearly vaccines alone make the service a good value. Free clinic visits and discounts on other services, extra perk. Will continue at Pet Wellness 🐶🩷🐱

I feel these veterinarians are inexperienced. I took my 6 year old dog to the Carmel location in for a large lump that quickly appeared on his leg in for concerns of tumor/cancer. We were told it was nothing and to keep an eye on it. Several months later he passed away from lung cancer which had rapidly spread throughout his body. We might have had a chance to save him with cancer treatment had we received a diagnosis several months prior, but it had spread too far by that point. I feel they didn’t look into the issue thoroughly. They even took X-rays at the Zionsville location of his leg for a separate issue, and in the X-ray you can clearly see dozens of polyps in his lungs seen by vets at MedVet emergency Vet. Overpriced for the lack of experience of the DVMs. Thank you for sending flowers after Hoosier’s passing, though. Not great for anything non routine.

I feel ultimately safe with Maggie there. I can usually get her scheduled in on a day or two notice. It’s a comfortable friendly atmosphere. they will provide the best care for my Maggie
