Dawn handled the care of my baby girl in her last moments. She was kind, gentle and supportive throughout the process. Everything was explained in great detail. I had many questions and Dawn patiently answered them all. While it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do in my life, Dawn was wonderful. I had a difficult time letting go but she allowed me to take all the time I needed. We originally had tentative plans for weeks later but my girl decided it was her time sooner. Dawn was there within hours. No hesitation. I’m incredibly grateful to have had the support from Dawn and highly recommend her.
