First visit today for our 5 mos old River, extremely nice staff.. explains everything. Dr. Morgan spent time with us.. They even offer time to bring pet in for friendly treat visit, so river doesn't always think it's not a place he wants to be. Such a great idea. Highly recommend

I have been taking my animals to Young's for several years. I had an appointment scheduled for my cat on Saturday. I thought my appointment was at 9:00 but I had the wrong time and showed up at 10:00. My cat was having issues with balance and weakness in his hind end and I had medicated him, at the Vet's direction, for the appointment. The front office staff said they had several cancellations and thought that it was still possible to be seen. I was told that they could not see my cat and I would need to reschedule. I asked if they could at least do a nail trim and was again told no. I told the staff member that I was going to find a new Vet and she immediately offered to email my pet records to me. She did not even attempt to salvage the relationship or consult with her superior(s). I have never had a clinic refuse to at least try and work my animal into the schedule. The corporate attitude at this clinic is a huge disappointment. It was not that way when I first started taking my pets to them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Snapper and Bugs were welcomed with so much love and the staff really cared about our babies. When we were leaving my son said 10/10 and I couldn’t agree more.

I brought my new yorkie puppy there and they've done an amazing job! She wasn't taking food and was too skinny after I picked her up. She seemed so tiny, vulnerable and lethargic. I called my long term Veterinarian's clinic at Port Saint John called Parkway Animal Hospital. I tried to make a reasonable appointment even willing to wait a couple days for them to work me in but they said NO callously. It was not a completely urgent situation but I noticed the puppy had fleas and being under two pounds, I wasn't sure what to do to treat them. They were sucking too much blood. I called Young's Clinic and they agreed very compassionately to see me the next morning early after listening to me patiently on the phone describe my concerns. They were not dismissive and they did not tell me I had to wait weeks for an appointment the way my regular Veterinarian's office did. They advised me to take her to the E.R. veterinarian's office if she grew worse but they agreed otherwise to see her the next morning. I called late in the evening BTW. They were amazing and took care of my fur baby's issues, made me feel appreciated and addressed all my concerns.
