My son and I brought my pomeranian Everly in on Friday evening. Thank God Port Washington was closed because we have never had a better experience than we did in Grafton! EVERYONE, from the receptionist to the vet techs to the Veterinarian was extraordinary! So very friendly, kind, helpful and understanding. Everything was explained so we left with no questions. The doctor was amazing here at making us feel like we had all the options available for our girl before moving forward. They wanted nothing but the best for my girl. She had an emergency c-section and they treated my girl with care. It’s definitely a blessing to have WVRC. For times like this.🐾🐾

Best experience at an animal hospital yet. Our dog (thankfully) wasn’t in super critical condition, but I imagine they’d be just as gentle and caring with anyone. Dr. Greer was patient, thorough, understanding, and transparent. I never felt pressured to make a decision or turn down additional lab work that might/might not have given us answers. She validated our thoughts (regardless of which decisions we made) and made us feel very comfortable. The other staff were warm and inviting as well. The location was small and cozy, which was much preferred to a giant animal hospital we’ve been to before. This felt much more personable. Highly recommend!!!

I had a sick animal that they were able to get in within an hour. I was really grateful to have the Peace of Mind that my animal didn't have to go through the entire weekend sick because his regular vet couldn't take him. All in all it was a great experience.
