This review is concerning the high vitality. I can't say anything about the veterinary service, but I do know the person answers the phone is is not very customer service person and if she was working for my business, I would definitely not have her answering phones. I've had my dog on the high vitality for a while now I have the Autoship where I get three bottles. I have more problems with their Autoship, I call them. They say oh the credit card needs to be updated. I update the credit card. They automatically ship me three more bottles. Next time I need three more bottles I don't get it. I call the same excuse. Now she's telling me that they accept the credit card, but the online service that is through them is not accepting the credit card(American Express ) Does this make any sense? Good luck people.

You can generally expect a clean and organized reception area where you will be greeted by friendly staff. Depending on the services offered, the clinic may also have dedicated areas for surgery, imaging (such as X-rays), laboratory work, and patient recovery.
Wurtsboro Veterinary Clinic offers a range of essential veterinary services to address the diverse health needs of your pets. While the provided information does not list all specific services, a typical Pet Hospital like ours generally provides the following:
Preventative Care: This cornerstone of veterinary medicine focuses on maintaining your pet's health and preventing potential illnesses. Preventative care services often include routine check-ups, vaccinations tailored to your pet's species and lifestyle, parasite prevention (such as flea, tick, and heartworm control), and nutritional counseling to ensure your pet is receiving a balanced diet.
Diagnostic Services: When your pet is unwell, accurate diagnosis is crucial. Veterinary clinics are equipped with various diagnostic tools to help identify the underlying cause of illness. These may include laboratory services for blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic tests. Imaging technologies such as X-rays (radiography) may also be available to visualize internal structures. More advanced diagnostics like ultrasound may be offered depending on the clinic's capabilities.
Medical Treatment: For pets suffering from illnesses or injuries, the clinic provides medical treatment. This can encompass administering medications, providing supportive care, managing chronic conditions, and offering pain management. The veterinarians and veterinary technicians are trained to provide attentive and skilled care to help your pet recover.
Surgical Services: Many veterinary clinics offer surgical procedures, ranging from routine surgeries like spaying and neutering to more complex soft tissue or orthopedic surgeries. These procedures are performed under anesthesia with careful monitoring to ensure your pet's safety and comfort.
Dental Care: Dental health is an often-overlooked aspect of pet care. Veterinary clinics typically offer dental services such as teeth cleaning, dental examinations, and treatment for dental diseases. Maintaining good oral hygiene is essential for your pet's overall health.
Emergency Care: While not explicitly mentioned, many veterinary clinics offer or have affiliations with emergency veterinary services for critical situations that require immediate medical attention. It is always advisable to inquire about the clinic's emergency protocols.
Based on the provided customer reviews, we can glean some insights into the features and aspects of Wurtsboro Veterinary Clinic. One review highlights a negative experience concerning the phone answering service and issues with an "Autoship" program for a product called "high vitality." This suggests that the clinic may offer certain pet supplies or products for sale and an automated shipping service for regular customers. However, the review indicates potential challenges with customer service related to this aspect.
On a more positive note, another customer shared a "wonderful experience" at the clinic, specifically praising Dr. Linda Tintle for her kindness and care in treating their Chinese Sharpei. This review suggests that the clinic has skilled and compassionate veterinary professionals on staff, with Dr. Tintle being recognized for her excellent patient care and positive demeanor. The reviewer also noted that "all the people were very nice and kind," indicating a generally friendly and welcoming atmosphere within the clinic.
It is important to consider both positive and negative feedback when evaluating a service. While the negative review raises concerns about the administrative and customer service aspects, the positive review strongly praises the quality of veterinary care provided by at least one of the doctors and the overall kindness of the staff. This suggests that the clinical services themselves may be a strong point of Wurtsboro Veterinary Clinic.

Jan 15, 2025 · Kevin ClaytonThe experience here was wonderful this was because Dr. Linda Tintle was very nice and kind and took care of the Chinese Sharpei my sister, and brother-in-law too. She is one of the best doctors there and all the people were very nice and kind.
Nov 05, 2024 · Jonathan CDr Tintle is a sweetheart, she took excellent care of my SharPei Enzo. Her husband is also amazing, I couldn’t thank them enough for squeezing me in on such short notice. God bless them both.
Mar 08, 2023 · Bill CThank you guys for a wonderful experience. I found my new Vet Clinic. My Dog Gordo can be difficult with new people and places, but you guys won him over, and treated him with such Kindness. Great Vet Services, Beautiful staff.
Jan 10, 2020 · Yasmin VendrellDr. Linda Tintle is a world renowned Vet that is a Shar-Pei specialist knowledgeable in the Shar-Pei Breed. She is well know throughout the Shar-Pei community all over the world. Her staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional as well. They have a certain way of doing things here, that are different than any other vet clinic I have ever been. Most Vets will bring your fur baby in the back to draw blood etc, here, you are with your fur baby the entire time which is less stressful for them and for you. There is an on site lab for blood tests, skin scrapes and fine needle aspiration. You know most results before you leave, unless it’s a cytology that has to be sent out. I’ve been bringing my Shar-Pei here for nearly 9 years and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for all you do for my Fur Babies Dr. Linda and staff. You have literally saved their lives, with your knowledge of SPAID and how it’s treated. I recommend Wurtsboro Vet Clinic
