They are not good with customer service as a company. The manager never returns calls. and the dr wants to drug my pup to give him proper care when he does not need Drudged and charge crazy money every time. They do not care about taking care of pets just any way they can get extra money from you.

Pet owners can contact the clinic by phone at (920) 532-2000 or via mobile at +1 920-532-2000. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the clinic, incorporating both its stated services and the range of experiences shared by real customers, to offer a comprehensive picture for prospective clients in Wrightstown and the surrounding areas.

As a comprehensive "Pet Hospital," Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic offers a wide array of veterinary services to support pets through all stages of life. Their services include **routine healthy visits** for overall wellness, **senior well visits** tailored to the needs of older pets, and **sick visits** for when pets are unwell. They provide essential **vaccinations** to protect against common diseases and offer a fully stocked **pharmacy** for convenient access to medications. The clinic performs **microchipping**, a crucial service for pet identification and recovery. For diagnostics, they offer **in-house blood work** and **radiographs (X-rays)** for internal imaging. **Dental cleanings** are a key part of their preventative care, promoting good oral hygiene. Surgical services include **spaying and neutering** as well as **minor surgeries**. Beyond these, the clinic also provides **health certificates** for travel or other requirements, and compassionate **euthanasia services** for end-of-life care. More advanced services listed include **pet ultrasound, laser therapy, and light orthopedics**. They also offer **nutritional counseling** and address **pet behavioral counseling**. The clinic emphasizes preventative health care and wellness programs for all life stages, aiming to be a trusted partner in a pet's health journey. Products offered include various **heartworm prevention** medications (like Heartgard and Interceptor), **flea & tick prevention** products, and **prescription diets** from brands like Hill's Science Diet and Royal Canin. For added convenience, they have partnered with Vetsource, an **online pharmacy**, to provide access to a wider range of medications, foods, and products not stocked directly at the clinic.

The environment at Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic, as described by clients and the clinic's stated mission, aims to be clean, well-organized, and welcoming. One positive review specifically mentions that "The facility is clean and well organized." This suggests a professional and maintained space conducive to providing veterinary care. The clinic states that they are "dedicated to providing heartfelt care for your pet throughout their life" and strive to create a comfortable atmosphere. They operate in a "modern, paperless facility," indicating an embrace of contemporary practices that can contribute to efficiency and organization. The clinic's commitment to "ample time for every appointment" also suggests an environment where clients feel heard and not rushed, allowing for thorough examinations and discussions. While one review expresses dissatisfaction with customer service and a perception of being "drudged," another highlights that "All of the staff members are kind and compassionate animal lovers," implying a generally positive and caring demeanor among the team. This contrast suggests that individual experiences can vary, but the clinic's intent is to maintain a professional and empathetic environment for both pets and their owners.

The features of Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic, when viewed objectively, present a blend of strong medical capabilities and areas where client experience can differ. A prominent feature is their **comprehensive range of services**, covering routine care, diagnostics, surgery, dental work, and even more specialized treatments like laser therapy. The availability of an **in-house lab and radiography** means quicker diagnostic results. Another key feature is their stated commitment to **client education**, aiming to provide answers to pet owners' health concerns and empower them to make informed decisions. This emphasis on education is crucial for responsible pet ownership. The clinic also boasts a **stable and dedicated veterinary team**, as implied by the positive mention of "Dr. Kelly" as a "wonderful veterinarian" and staff members being "kind and compassionate animal lovers." This consistency in staff can contribute to building trust and continuity of care. The acceptance of pet insurance and provision of financing solutions like CareCredit and Scratchpay are valuable features, making their services more financially accessible for pet owners. However, a notable feature, as expressed by a dissatisfied client, is a perceived issue with **customer service, specifically regarding manager callbacks**, and a feeling that the clinic may recommend excessive or unnecessary treatments (e.g., "drug my pup when he does not need Drudged") and has "crazy money" charges, suggesting a focus on "getting extra money." This contrasts sharply with another review stating costs are "in line with or superior to area standards." This disparity in perception regarding pricing and ethical billing practices is a significant feature that prospective clients should be aware of, prompting them to inquire thoroughly about treatment plans and costs upfront.

Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic actively uses several promotional strategies to attract and retain clients. A key promotion is their **"$25 OFF First Appointment!"** offer for new clients, providing a direct incentive to experience their services. They also run a **"Fur-iends Referral Program,"** where both the referrer and the new client receive a $25 credit on their account when a successful referral is made. This leverages word-of-mouth marketing, which is highly effective in community-based services. The clinic's online presence, including a detailed "Our Services" page, acts as a continuous promotional tool, showcasing their comprehensive offerings and commitment to preventative care. They emphasize their team's dedication to "compassionate veterinary care" and "heartfelt care for your pet throughout their life," appealing to the emotional bond pet owners have with their animals. Furthermore, they promote their partnership with **Vetsource online pharmacy**, offering convenience for ordering medications and products. Financial accessibility is promoted through their acceptance of **pet insurance** and collaborations with **CareCredit and Scratchpay** for treatment financing, allowing clients to manage costs effectively. While some online reviews mention high costs, the clinic explicitly states that their fees are "in line with or superior to area standards" on their website, acting as a direct counter-promotion. For the most current and specific promotional information, including any seasonal specials, potential clients are encouraged to visit the Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic's official website or contact them directly by phone at (920) 532-2000.

So I'll say this, our dogs are low maintenance hunting dogs, but money is no object. Weve been a customer at least 11 yrs, 4 dogs, many visits, and attempting to establish a long term relationship with this facility. Initial visits, first 8 yrs, were pheonominal. Kelly was our vet, very knowledgable and personal. She started taking on a more back door role and unfortunately thats where things started to go downhill. Service has always been prompt, I'm a straight to the point kind of person and thats what you'll get here. Recently picked up a new pup, generally needed to get booster shots scheduled as breeder stated we should look at boosters in next 2-3 weeks. Make the call to Wrightstown to get her started, no problem like last 3 youd expect. Well not so much. Was told by the front office attempting to schedule that we needed to take the new pup, and our existing dog in their "lifetime" shots program to any other clinic in the area as they were not interested in our business any longer. Ive never interfaced with this person in the past, but, if you dont have time for this pup, no problem when in the current situation, theres too many pets not enough vets. I never expected to be sent away from a team that I had grown to trust and respect with my dogs lives. Very frustrated is the best way to state the disappointment in this new mentality of the facility. I wish all owners the best with this facility but believe Im in search of a new care provider.

I have brought my elderly female, fluffy terrier mix to this clinic since February 2021 when she moved into my home. The staff are great: knowledgable, patient, friendly, caring, responsive, informative, observant & much more. According to local family members, the fees charged are comparable to 2 clinics in the Green Bay and De Pere area.

This is my first time being at wrightstown vet clinic after our original vet would not see my sick cat that we had been to many yrs. Everyone was so nice right from the first phone call right down to the time we left. The doc explained everything that was going on and everything that was happening as my kitty was being put to sleep and explained to us what could happen to her muscles after she passed away. I pulled my records from our vet clinic and are gonna be going to wrightstown vet clinic from now on.
