Welcome to Wright Veterinary Medical Center: Dulin Danielle DVM

For local residents in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, searching under the category "Pet Hospital," Wright Veterinary Medical Center, where Dulin Danielle DVM practices at 3247 Wimmer Rd, presents a complex and potentially concerning picture based on the limited available customer reviews. One review offers a positive assessment of the care provided to multiple pets, highlighting the staff's compassion, reasonable prices, and convenient hours. However, another review recounts a deeply distressing experience involving the alleged misdiagnosis and subsequent death of a rabbit, coupled with accusations of unprofessionalism and greed. This stark contrast in feedback necessitates a careful and objective examination of both perspectives to provide local users with a comprehensive understanding of what they might expect from this veterinary medical center.

One satisfied customer shares a positive overall experience: "We have taken three pets here so far! Everyone has been amazing to all of them and myself. They treated my pets like family. The prices are very reasonable. The hours they are open is great." This review offers several positive points regarding Wright Veterinary Medical Center. The reviewer's experience with multiple pets suggests a consistent level of care over time. The description of "everyone" being "amazing" indicates a positive interaction with the entire staff. The sentiment that their pets were "treated like family" underscores a caring and compassionate approach. The mention of "very reasonable" prices is a significant factor for many pet owners. Finally, the praise for the "great" operating hours suggests accessibility and convenience. This review paints a picture of a welcoming and affordable veterinary practice that prioritizes the well-being of its patients and their owners.

Conversely, another reviewer recounts a profoundly negative and upsetting experience: "After spending an hour in the waiting room with my dying rabbit. They took an x-ray and gave me some medicine for my rabbit telling me she would be fine. Four hours later my rabbit was dead and I had a $450 bill for a so called “exotic vet” they refused to give me a refund or even apologize for any of the pain and suffering me and my rabbit endured. They are unprofessional and greedy for money." This review presents a starkly different perspective and raises serious concerns about the quality of care, particularly for exotic animals, as well as the customer service and billing practices at Wright Veterinary Medical Center. The alleged hour-long wait for a critically ill animal is deeply concerning. The claim of misdiagnosis ("telling me she would be fine" despite the rabbit dying four hours later) suggests a potential lack of expertise or thoroughness in the examination. The $450 bill for care that ultimately failed to save the animal, coupled with the refusal to provide a refund or even an apology, is described as unprofessional and greedy. The reviewer's characterization of the center as a "so called 'exotic vet'" implies a dissatisfaction with their specialized knowledge or handling of exotic pets. This account raises significant red flags for pet owners, especially those with exotic animals, regarding the center's competence, empathy, and billing ethics.

Based on these contrasting reviews, the environment of Wright Veterinary Medical Center is difficult to assess objectively. One reviewer implies a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. However, the other reviewer's account of an hour-long wait with a dying animal suggests potential issues with triage or patient flow, at least in emergency situations. The physical appearance and cleanliness of the facility are not described in either review.

The services offered by Wright Veterinary Medical Center, as indicated by the positive review, appear to cover general pet care for common animals like dogs and cats. The negative review mentions them presenting themselves as an "exotic vet," suggesting they may offer specialized services for animals other than typical household pets, such as rabbits. Diagnostic services, including X-rays, are also available. However, the alleged misdiagnosis and ineffective treatment in the case of the rabbit raise concerns about the quality and efficacy of these services, particularly for exotic animals. The reasonable prices and great hours mentioned in the positive review are potentially significant service features for many clients. However, the $450 bill for ultimately unsuccessful treatment, coupled with the refusal of a refund or apology, highlights a potentially problematic aspect of their billing practices and customer service in adverse outcomes.

The features of Wright Veterinary Medical Center are also contradictory based on the reviews. The positive review suggests a caring and family-like approach to pet care, reasonable pricing, and convenient operating hours. However, the negative review alleges unprofessionalism, greed, and a lack of empathy, particularly in dealing with the death of a pet following treatment. The claim of being an "exotic vet" in the context of an alleged misdiagnosis raises concerns about their expertise in this area. The stark contrast in these features makes it difficult to draw definitive conclusions about the overall characteristics of the practice.

No specific promotional information is mentioned in either of the provided reviews. Veterinary clinics sometimes offer introductory discounts for new clients, wellness plans that provide discounted routine care, or seasonal promotions on specific services or products. Local residents in Bethlehem, PA, who are interested in learning more about the specific services offered by Wright Veterinary Medical Center, their expertise with exotic animals, their hours of operation, appointment scheduling procedures, emergency care protocols, and their billing policies, as well as any potential new client specials or other promotions that may be available, are strongly encouraged to contact them directly at (610) 865-2611.

In conclusion, for local residents in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, searching for a "Pet Hospital," Wright Veterinary Medical Center, where Dr. Dulin Danielle DVM practices, presents a highly ambiguous profile based on the limited available reviews. While one customer reports positive experiences with general pet care, reasonable prices, and convenient hours, another recounts a deeply troubling experience involving the alleged misdiagnosis and death of a rabbit, coupled with accusations of unprofessionalism and greed. Potential clients, especially those with exotic pets, should exercise extreme caution, thoroughly inquire about the clinic's expertise and experience with their specific type of animal, clarify their billing policies, and consider seeking second opinions or exploring other veterinary options in the Bethlehem area before entrusting the care of their beloved pets to this center.

Started going here because we needed boarding for our two dogs at a place where we knew our dogs would be safe and well kept while we were on vacation for three days. when we came to pick up our two dogs a dachshund and a jack russel mix, they brought out each dog one at a time and when they brought our dachshund out they kept yanking at her leash to pull her back and you would hear her yelp. Since then we brought our two dogs there for check ups and shots, and on our last visit they needed most of their shots again, and the staff was VERY attentive and friendly. but as for the bill.... $600 for shots. are you kidding?? that's an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for vaccines!! wayyyyy to expensive, will be looking for another vet to go to where prices are much more reasonable!!

I would like to leave an update for the hospital so that they are aware that my poor Tigger bear who they denied seeing has passed away. After explaining how badly sick he was and our financial issues they still denied seeing him. They let my poor baby suffer and die because they are greedy people. I get paid every Friday And was willing to come back with the full payment to save my baby yet they still turned him away. Now he is gone and my heart it shattered. I hope you all are ashamed of yourselves he was only five years old and had so much life in him. You could have saved him but instead your pockets spoke louder then your hearts. Disgusting awful people

Wow 1,300.00 to neuter and declaw a cat is crazy. I recommend you find another vet because these people must be smoking some kind of good weed because that prices out of control.
