This is the best place for vet care! Everyone is so kind, honest and compassionate. We love all the doctors here. Our dog sees Dr. Jack Worthington most of the time and it’s always the best experience. My little girl dog who barks at all men (except my husband and sons) just loves him! Amazing caring staff. I had to put my dog of 16 years down and the staff was great very kind. I got his ashes and paw prints back very fast and where amazing. Thank you very much for the peace you gave my best friend and me.

I brought my cat in today for a simple shot, and I mentioned some concerns that were taken seriously and thankfully were unfounded. Dr. Worthington took a look at my precious Pheo and was extremely kind and professional, as one would expect. I was thinking about finding a closer vet, but after today, the slightly further away vet is clearly worth it. Pheo calmed down faster even after he entered, which never happened at previous vets. I couldn't recommend more. The previous visit was also very positive.

I sat on this for a while, but since I still, to this day, have not heard back in over a month, I figured forget it. I will never get another animal in my life. I know what you're thinking- 'oh no, another persom complaining of finances'... NOPE. It's not due to costs or anything of the sort; Ive already spent 30k on my dog and would gladly spend another if it means I get to keep him longer. it's due to the staff/vet techs. I work in human medicine, and I couldn't IMAGINE treating people the way they treat pet owners. The lack of communication is unbelievable. I get it, you don't work with humans, BUT MY DOG DOESNT PAY YOU, I DO. Do they not teach in the vet tech school that you'd still have to work with humans?!? Do they not teach bedside manners?! How to show an ounce of empathy relating to the person you are speaking to?! I'm genuinely curious. I had an incident where my dog was scheduled for surgery. The surgery didn't happen because they found a murmur in his heart. Totally horrifying, right?! I deeply appreciate the MD stopping and catching that! Love you for that! I go see a cardiologist, and they say he's fine. I go back to my Worthington, and the MD asks me to send the report to her so we can decide on how to proceed with surgery. Cool, I sent it to her within literally 10 mins. It's Friday so it's busy. I don't hear anything and think, 'ya know, I'm not going to worry! They'll probably call on Monday.' Monday comes, and I still don't hear anything, but I try to rationalize the reasons, and Mondays are always crazy, right?? I'll wait until Tuesday. There is still nothing on Tuesday, so I finally call and am told the doctor is out and won't be back till Friday, and she'll call me. SAME THING HAPPENS. Nothing on Friday and Monday, I rationalize that it's busy and give them some slack. The following Tuesday, I call because I'm anxious. My dog needs the surgery. I am getting ZERO communication. I call back on Tuesday, and Chloe answers (Chloe, I want to give you constructive feedback, but I'm so mad, it won't come out that way) and I say, "hello, I was waiting to hear back from the MD but still haven't heard back. Can you help me?" Chloe goes, "oh ya, that doctor is out until Thursday." And I go, "oh, she was supposed to call me last Friday, right?" Chloe says she was out last week, and I have to mention to her that they said she'd be back that Friday though and would call me?? Chloe just goes, "She got busy." no, 'omg, I'm so sorry for that. I totally understand how frustrating that is! I'm sorry' not an ounce of relating to the experience, nothing. Just welp, that's just how it works! And I go, "ok.............. sooooooo should I expect a call from her on Thursday when she returns????!!!" And Chloe says, "Um, maybe." DUDE, ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?! She acted as if I was inconveniencing her day by asking her to do her job?? It was beyond off putting. I want you and anyone reading this to imagine your mother has cancer. If we did what you did, you would THROW A FIT!!! How is animal medicine ANY DIFFERENT when, at the end of the day, YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH HUMANS. My dog doesn't have a job. My dog doesn't say, 'You know, I'm feeling sick, I think I'll drive down to the vet and get a check up!' WE, HUMANS DO. I am begging the vet field to try and teach the staff how to communicate with humans. If you had shown me a drop of compassion and understanding, I would've been fine. I am a very understanding person. After my boy is gone, I will never own another pet, and it's literally just because of the vet personnel. I am giving this a 2 star only for the fact the MD proceeded with caution and had us go to the cardiologist. We have fallen so far off the map with communication, kindness, and empathy in this world. It's disgusting to see. Do better.

One of the best veterinary clinics I've taken my pets to. I had a very nervous and sometimes aggressive rescue who was treated with so much respect and kindness. Dr. Gibson helped us through the decision to euthanize him due to his age and aggressive behavior becoming increasingly concerning. We were treated with so much care through a hard decision and I'm very grateful. My new puppy goes there and every time I'm in, the atmosphere is so caring. We love Dr. Worthington and Dr. Gibson!
