Woke up on Monday to my cats fighting, only to realize my Baby had been scratched in the eye and blood was pooling. I, of course, panicked and called my usual vet, immediately, and they didn’t have any availability but recommended I call Woodland West. They were also booked for the day but after checking around with the staff/doctors they decided to have me drive in and squeezed me into their busy day. Dr. Beka Heinz, Bailey, Shelby and Colleen were all INCREDIBLE. They all cared for my Baby as if he was their own and showed him so much love. Took him in for a 3 day check up, today, and with the medicine and care they provided he is already doing so much better. I’m so thankful for all of their time, patience and care!

LOVE Woodland West animal hospital. The front desk staff is always SO helpful; even went so far as to help me get my Westie, a bag of dog food and a bag of treats out to my car in the pouring rain last week! I can't say enough wonderful things about our vet...Dr. Todd Yeagley. He has worked tirelessly to help us figure out what our Westie girl is allergic too and he follows up with phone calls to check on her. Its quite obvious how much he loves his four-legged patients. And, the vet techs are always so patient with us; they explain the meds, the food, the procedures...everything! (Thanks, Victoria!!) They don't rush you through the office visit; they treat you like they honestly care about your pet.

Walmart of dog care…. But unless you can see Dr. Yeagley himself each time then there are much better places to take your dog to be cared for.

Can’t say a bad thing about this place. Amazing service all around. Everyone is so caring and friendly. Nice faculty, drive thru service. Quick visits. Much better than our vets in Denver, CO and Panama City Beach, FL.
