Dana the receptionist was so unprofessional and discourteous. I am not familiar with the area and I knew I was going to be a little late. I called on my way to let them know I was behind. I got there and the receptionist said no. You're late and we wont see your dog. I said," mam, I called. Please don't let my dog suffer for my mistake," I even offered to pay a penalty. I was willing to wait. I was treated like dirt. I understand that It was my fault, however I showed up and I am truly baffled that any business would turn down money literally showing up at the door. I was never told that if I were to be X minutes late then it was a no go. They could have told me that when I called. Therefore if they can be that callous to a person who is doing their best to communicate and still penalize my beautiful animal, then I would NEVER RECCOMEND THEM!!!!!

It is important to address the provided customer review. The review indicates a significant negative experience regarding a late arrival policy and perceived discourtesy from reception staff. This suggests a potential area for improvement in client communication regarding strict appointment policies and customer service, particularly when clients are actively attempting to communicate their circumstances. While clinics generally have policies to maintain schedule efficiency, the implementation of such policies can significantly impact client perception and satisfaction. Prospective clients may wish to clarify specific late arrival policies when scheduling appointments to avoid similar situations.
