Pippa has her people and does not like everyone, so I am so glad that Kayla and a few others have taken the time to get to know her. I feel confident that she is in good hands when we leave her there, especially when we are gone for weeks at a time. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby.

I saw Dr. White twice for my cats and both times she did not listen to my concerns. She insisted my cat was fine simply because she did not have a fever, despite me telling her that she wasn't eating much, had very low energy, and her bathroom habits had been different for a few days. The first visit was for annual vaccinations for my 3-year-old litter mates. She asked me about their health history, but she didn't seem to actually be listening much to anything I said. My boy has had a lot of serious medical problems in his past that I thought Dr. White might want to know about. She had very little response, like she didn't seem to think any of it mattered (even though she asked). The second visit, both my cats had been sleeping a lot more than usual and not eating much, and my boy has been limping. She did a thorough physical exam of his leg and didn't find anything wrong with it. His temperature was 104 (fever) so she gave him an antibiotic, pain reliever, and Benadryl. She said if he didn't seem better by tomorrow, bring him back in and they could draw blood. I said we might as well just do that now while we're here, so she did. My girl had been excessively grooming between her legs, not eating much, not using the litter box much, not wanting to play, and sleeping a lot for about 3 days. Her temp was 102 which is on the high side of normal. So Dr. White insisted she must be fine. Just because she didn't have a fever. And during the physical exam, my cat didn't wince or cry out in pain. So again, the doctor says she's not in pain and doesn't have a fever, so she's fine. But her behavior is way off.... "Well she doesn't have a fever and she doesn't seem in pain, so she's fine." Took my girl to a different clinic later that day. Her temp was 104.7 and was given proper care and treatment from a vet who took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't just brush me off simply because there was no fever at the time. Giving 2 stars because they did get me in same-day when I said I suspected my cats were sick, and she did provide treatment for my boy. But I will not be returning to Wolftever and I will not recommend Dr. White to anyone.

Everyone was so friendly! We just moved to the area and Wolftever was recommended by our new neighbor. We felt like everyone from the person who answered the phone to make the appointment, to the the check in/out and the veterinarian were all so very nice and answered all of our questions.
