Within a matter of 3 days my dog, Milo, went from happy and 100% normal, to acting a little odd, to being paralyzed from the waist down, unable to walk and urinate on his own. I had taken him to the ER twice, our primary vet, and then finally to Wisconsin Veterinary Neurology & Surgical Center. He was declining rapidly and I was terrified. From the very first call, Robin was incredibly patient and kind over the phone and in person. She consoled me when I was a wreck and I noticed how kindly she treated others as well. Angie took such great care of Milo, listened, broke down in detail the costs so nothing was a surprise, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Moeser was so empathetic and upfront with his thought process and plans to choose from to treat Milo. Dr. Moeser answered late night phone calls and showed me several things to make Milo more comfortable. When we went in for our initial visit we were able to do the MRI and surgery the same day. I'm truly blown away about the team here, I cannot recommend them enough. You can clearly tell they genuinely care for each pet. Milo is already walking on his own again and I'm so incredibly grateful to Dr. Moeser and his staff. I'm attaching a video of Milo when he was still able to waddle around to have something to compare to if your pet is acting similar. He was dragging his feet but still walking earlier that day when we went to his primary vet, the state he was in in the video was just a few hours later. 4 weeks after the surgery he was able to walk fully on his own again.

They squeezed us in when no other vet in the state could, on one of our worst days. Theo was evaluated, scanned, diagnosed, and out of surgery within 12 hours. Every step of the process was communicated in great detail, making us feel sure in our decisions. We are so forever grateful for the empathetic staff who are available to provide knowledge and comfort 24/7. During our dog's stay, which our dog has never even been boarded, we felt safe being back in our homes without him because we were able to call whenever and felt they really truly cared for our pet when we couldn't. Although we live a couple hours away, they will be our first choice for any neuro needs moving forward. Dr. Moeser and his staff are beyond top tier! Thank you!!!

I truly can’t speak more highly of Dr Moeser and his wonderful staff! They were kind and absolutely a true pleasure to work with! Dr Moeser has a keen eye and really tries his all to get to the root of the issue, including identifying other possible areas we need to focus on evaluating even beyond initial concerns. His team kept us fully informed throughout our visit and when our Jin was having his MRI conducted. This gave us a peace of mind and we can’t thank them enough!

I cannot recommend Wisconsin Veterinary Neurology & Surgical Center highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate. They made us feel welcome and cared for during a difficult and confusing time with my beloved dog, Sandy Dr. Moser is truly exceptional. At our initial appointment, he took the time to listen to my concerns, and then thoroughly explained diagnostics and treatment options to move forward. It's clear he genuinely cares about his patients - both animals and their humans. I was especially impressed when he returned calls on nights and weekends to answer pressing questions—this level of dedication and responsiveness is hard to find and so appreciated when you're in an emergency and non-emergency with your pet! They we're really transparent about cost and pricing, even before we had our first apt, so we knew what to expect. The entire team goes above and beyond, making our experience not only reassuring but also positive. If you're looking for outstanding veterinary care, look no further! Thank you, Dr Moser, Jane Ruh and Sandy. With their help and expertise, Sandy is getting the most fantastic care possible. I am so impressed with Dr. Moser and his staff that I have shared the name with as many pet families I know!!!

As a veterinarian myself, I cannot recommend Dr. Moeser and his staff enough! My girl, Saffron started having seizures and we were able to get in quickly, which we needed. We were treated well and Saffron received the best care. Dr. Moeser is dedicated to his patients, and even called us with test results on a weekend, which I never expected. We were guided to a radiation oncologist who could provide the treatment we needed, and have been following up with Dr. Moeser since. Everyone is truly professional, caring, and wonderful!
