Since the Animal hospital change management and all employees, the service has been very poor. Staff not as friendly and communication very poor. I requested some information to the Doctor and it took like four days to hear back. And cancellation for different reasons are very frequently. Then if you choose a different doctor is like starting all over again, cause it seems like they do not review notes. Is taking me almost one month and a half to be able stabilized my cat blood sugar and determine how we will handle insulin. So today, I was looking forward to meet with the doctor and determine the best treatment, and for the third time they call to inform me the doctor was out and they needed to reschedule for next week or see a different doctor. Sadly and frustrated i decided today was my last time dealing with staff and doctors at Winter Garden Animal Hospital. You walk in there now and not even a hello is directed to clients. The change of management have hurt the business

I tried calling the Winter Garden Animal Hospital just to ask a question and the receptionist didn't seem like she wanted to answer my question. As soon as I started to speak she would try to speak over me as if I wasn't even there. That needs to change. Poor customer service. After I wrote this review they didn't like they want me to contact them when it should be the other way around. I am done trying to talk to them. Hence my poor customer service review. I called them and they acted in this way, now they want me to call them again to discuss it? No thank you. Found another vet already.

Great service. Friendly, clean, great doctors and staff. Just on the higher pay scale. I have always used them (4 years) but I can't afford to go there anymore. Cat annual exam and shots. $100.00 MORE than last year, and last year wasn't cheap, (almost $300.00).

So disappointing!! After 7 years of care, my dog had a stroke. I called for a same day appointment and they refused. I took her to a nearby vet, they gave compassionate care within 20 minutes! They have no compassion!! They only want your money Go somewhere else
