I was taking a dog from the place I worked at to the hospital here. I drove right past here. There was no large sign, just a small one. There is not enough parking. It's crowded on the inside. I was driving a large vehicle. The workers inside were rude. Especially the ones behind the glass window. I'm trying to control a very excited Pitt on the leash to keep her from going towards other dogs. Of course, the owners won't control their dog. Anyway, the worker she's trying hand me paperwork to sign while I'm struggling with a dog. Finally, another vet tech showed n helped me.

On Saturday, December 28th, I rushed my dog Dibbs to an emergency vet due to vomiting and diarrhea. He was given fluids and anti-nausea medication, and I was told it was likely a minor issue as x-rays showed no blockages. However, by Monday, December 30th, Dibbs was still very ill. I brought him to your facility, his regular vet, seeking answers and care. Dibbs was kept at your facility for two days, during which no blood work or further diagnostic tests were conducted. I was charged for his stay, but it became clear that the treatment provided was insufficient. He was sedated, placed in a cage, and given IV fluids. While I understand these measures may have been necessary, I repeatedly called for updates and was met with vague responses such as “the vet hasn’t done their rounds yet” or “we will let you know.” This lack of timely communication only heightened my worry and frustration. On Monday evening, I drove an hour to your facility, hoping to see my boy and get some clarity. I was told Dibbs would remain under your care, but no progress had been made. By Tuesday afternoon, still receiving no concrete answers and witnessing no improvement, I made the difficult decision to bring him home. I could not bear the thought of him being alone in a cage, especially since he had spent the first part of his life confined before I adopted him. That night, Dibbs’ condition worsened. He began vomiting again, and the diarrhea returned. I rushed him to the ER vet in Mount Laurel, where I was told he was in liver failure. The vet explained that if this had been caught earlier, his life could have been saved. The guilt and devastation I feel are immeasurable. I trusted the care and advice of your team, but my concerns were not fully addressed. I repeatedly expressed that something was wrong, and yet my sweet boy did not receive the critical tests and treatment he needed. Dibbs passed away on January 1st at 7:24 PM, with me by his side. To this day, I have not received a follow-up call from your office to check on him. I share this not to place blame but in the hope that it inspires change. Please take the time to listen to pet owners, who know their animals better than anyone. Our pets depend on your expertise, but also on your compassion. To us, our pets are a part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole world. Dibbs was my world, and I hope his loss can serve as a reminder of the importance of attentive and thorough care. No one else should have to endure the guilt and sorrow that I now carry.

Feb 12, 2025 · Michelle ReneeDr.Brenda is wonderful. She is smart, thorough, and caring. I had to put my cat down and she was very sympathetic. The entire staff was very nice. They are not overpriced like a lot of other veterinarian offices which is a bonus!
