The absolute best vet team. . I’ve taken my dog and cats there for 27 years, and they never disappoint. Minimal waiting time, clean, experienced vet techs, excellent DVM’s. Reasonable prices. Also skilled and gentle and you are given privacy when it comes to euthanasia. It was so thoughtful of them to send me Murphy’s paw prints after he was gone.

Taking my puppy to Willow Dale veterinary was a very good experience for me and my puppy Bailey. The facility is neat and clean and the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We were taken back to Dr. Odonnell, who was very gentle and thorough with Bailey's exam. Dr. Odonnell was knowledgeable and took the time to share lots of information and answer my questions and give instruction on how to take care of my fur baby. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to take their pet

I have entrusted my last two dogs to Willowdale Vets and feel sure they have been well cared for and loved. Dr Otte is a great communicator and knows her business! In fact, the entire staff is well trained and compassionate.

I can not say enough about Dr Otte and staff. When my vet retired I was very worried to find another vet as good as he was. I have and that vet is Dr Otte and staff. My new rescue was heartworm positive-Dr Otte was so very reassuring and treated my scared rescue as if he were her own. I am so grateful to have found them!

Willowdale Veterinary Center has been my pups’ vet since we moved to Fleming Island three years ago. They were recommended by my daughter when she lived here prior to being stationed in VA. She ALWAYS spoke very highly of them so of course, I gave them a try. BEST decision ever! The office is always very clean and I just love the wall paintings, so cute. The Doctors are very thorough and actually listen to what you have to say. They take their time to answer all of your questions and concerns, no matter how small they are. They always find the best course of action and make you feel at ease. The staff are just fabulous! So nice, welcoming and caring. I love them ALL! I highly recommend Willowdale. I’m extremely happy and completely trust them with my babies, Charms and Pebbles.
