If I could give 1,000 stars I would. We evacuated to Orlando during Hurricane Milton. It became apparent that morning that our beloved Cooper couldn't hang on any longer. Dr. Hayes and his staff could not have been more understanding, supportive and stayed open that morning knowing that there could be people like us who desperately needed them. At 17.5, Cooper's little body was failing him and while we had known the end was close for awhile, it became apparent he wasn't going to make it and we needed to help him pass peacefully. We walked into the clinic and immediately, Dr. Hayes assessed Cooper and told us we were already starting to lose him. He was the only dog we've ever had and I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate doctor to help me let him go. We were out of town, staying at a hotel because our home wasn't safe, and Dr. Hayes and his staff made us feel like they had been our care team for Cooper's entire life (I wish they had). I will forever be grateful to them and I can honestly say we would drive from St. Pete to Orlando to have the kind of care we received with Cooper if we had any other pets. With Gratitude, The Davis Family

Oct 19, 2024 · RaeChelle DavisI brought my two pugs there for the first time. The staff was extremely Loving to my dogs. They took their time for my dogs to feel comfortable. The doctor was very patient and was able to do the exams without my dogs, even really knowing. I received all the service I was expecting and then some. I feel like my pugs are in good hands. A good veterinarian is very hard to find. I would recommend them to anyone!
Nov 05, 2024 · Jason DupontIf I could give less than one star, I would. I called to ask for pricing on vaccines for my pet to ensure I could financially plan for their care. Shanna flat-out refused to provide any pricing information, citing her “12 years of experience” as justification. While I understand prices may vary slightly, I was simply asking for a ballpark estimate to be prepared. Instead of being met with understanding or helpfulness, I was met with dismissiveness. This interaction left a sour first impression, and I’ll be taking my pet’s care elsewhere.
Jan 02, 2025 · Kayla GabrielliThis is, hands down, the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. A majority of the time, we go to these clinics because our little loved ones are injured or ill. Vets and vet techs have to endure something that no one should on a reoccurring basis - they have to deal with caring for selfless little beings when we can't. As a healthcare provider, I can speak to how easy that is with humans. It's easy to desensitize the bad and ugly with humans. Caring for animals is an entirely different level of difficulty. I give this team, vets, and vet techs all the credit in the world for what they do. Dr. Hayes is an incredible and compassionate doctor. As the owner of the clinic, I trusted the staff he chose to be a part of his team. I said goodbye to my pup yesterday after being a patient for about 5 years. I couldn't have asked for a better place to let my buddy rest. Thank you, Dr. Hayes and team.
Oct 04, 2024 · SaiWe are on a work / vacation week in Orlando with Charlie and he jumped off the bed and hurt his leg. We were so fortunate to get service same day with exceptional care from Dr to tech to admin staff. Highly recommend this clinic. Only negative is that Charlie didn’t like the treats ;). Thank you so much!
