My experience was great my dog received a rabies vaccine. The doctor was very gentle and answered all my questions the visit price was very reasonable lower then all the other veterinary in Williamsburg Brooklyn the shots was very reasonable as well lower than others in my area. I would sure recommend this place to others.

This place is wonderful. All 4 of my cats see the doctors there. The staff here is fantastic. They all treat all my fur babies so nicely. We have been to several different vets trying to find the best care and affordability…we have found our fur family vet here.

On 12/10/2024, I took my beloved dog to the clinic because he wasn't eating or drinking water, and I was very concerned. The vet suggested blood tests and some medications, and we followed all the recommendations. The next day, my dog was even worse. We returned to the clinic, and the tests were ready, but nothing was detected, which left me very frustrated. That same day, I spoke to the vet about a possible allergy in my dog's anus area, which appeared after I had cleaned him, and asked for guidance on how to treat it. The vet said they would "clean" the area, and I agreed, trusting their professionalism. However, when I got home, I realized they had shaved the hair around my dog's anus without my permission! The shave was completely poorly done, careless, and done without any respect for my animal. I was devastated to see that something so simple turned into such a serious mistake. Not only did they fail to resolve my dog's health issue, but they also caused an aesthetic damage without any consideration for his well-being. I felt deeply disrespected and disappointed. I spent over $600, and what should have been a careful, professional service turned into a nightmare. I never imagined I would go through something like this. I no longer trust this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone. My experience was marked by a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and total disregard for my pet's well-being.

We LOVE Dr. Ueda! We’ve been bringing all of our pets here for some time now and have always had a good experience but we can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Ueda specifically! She treats our animals and us with kindness and empathy and always makes sure to discuss things with us in a clear and honest way. I've been bringing my cat to this clinic since I moved to Brooklyn about a year and a half ago, and I couldn't be happier with the care we've received. My cat is quite old and has faced two pretty scary and significant health challenges—asthma and a skin sarcoma—both of which were treated here with great care and expertise. Dr. Lang and his team have been wonderful to work with. He’s thoughtful in his approach, never recommending unnecessary procedures, and their prices are refreshingly fair. It’s clear Dr. Lang has a genuine soft spot for cats, and through our shared commitment to keeping my little senior healthy, I’ve come to completely trust his treatments and recommendations. While I don’t know what the future holds for my little buddy, I’m grateful to have such a compassionate and skilled team in his corner. Thanks Dr. Lang and team.
