Just wanted to say thank you for taking care of Carly. Carly is a golden retriever, red in color and she suffered a burst cyst on her neck. The staff is wonderful, caring and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Carly surgery went well. I have found a new vet home. Thanks again.

They got our kitty in so fast for a major emergency. They stabilized her and gave us a quote for the next day. Thankfully the actual cost was less. They communicated with us and weren't annoyed with us when we called to check in on her and how her surgery was going. Thank you so much for helping us and our kitty. Thank you for getting us in so quickly and taking such great care of her.

My wife selected Willamette Valley for our new pup's first visit, based on reviews and videos posted online about how wonderfully warm, welcoming and caring the veterinarians and techs here are rumored to be. Turns out, it was a different location that was being referred to in the video, but the end result was the same: practical, inexpensive pet care from concerned and talented individuals, executed in a timely, clear and concise manner. Although our visit was little more than a quick examination (which is all we asked for), the vet confirmed that our new puppy, whom we rescued from an animal abuse scenario, was confirmed to be on the road to recovery, and we left the appointment better informed and prepared, with quotes and estimates for services needed in the future, and without a gaping hole in our wallet. That's the way healthcare (human OR animal) should be.My wife selected Willamette Valley for our new pup's first visit, based on reviews and videos posted online about how wonderfully warm, welcoming and caring the veterinarians and techs here are rumored to be. Had my Maltese put down today. The staff and Doctor were extremely thoughtful. Made my journey there very comfortable.. I knew that Leah was in good hands and she would pass peacefully.. Thank you so much.

This was a scheduled appt at the office the week before when we brought him in. Not an online appt. No request was made to confirm appointment. As you replied. Also if a patient does not show up to a scheduled appointment you charge them anyway. I do not get credit fo you canceling my appointment. Instead I get an additional charge as well. Pretty crappy business practice. If you ask me. Just sharing the latest scam by our local veterinarians. Willamette Valley. We had a scheduled follow up appt this morning. My wife takes our pup in at the scheduled time and they tell her the appt was canceled for some reason. Not sure why and no explanation. They tell her to wait they might be able to work him in. Then after 30min of waiting. They tell her they can see him but are going to charge for an urgent care visit. For an appt they canceled without any notice. This is a whole new level of low. What a load of crap. Not like they don’t already charge enough to see the vet in the first place.
