I called them explain my situation very clearly about my cat and my cats needs and I was told they would gladly care for my cat and take a look at my cat. I even sent them a very long detailed email pertaining to my cat and why I'm coming to visit including photographs. The staff got back to me thank me and said they were very excited to be able to treat my cat. All of a sudden the day after they got my cat's records I received a phone call from the office manager in a very cold uncaring tone of voice telling me they're refusing to care for my cat even though in my email I held nothing back and explained everything to them that my cat's medical records showed yet all the sudden they changed their tune and refused to see my cat and help him. I will never go to this vet and I will never recommend this vet to anyone because of how I was treated. In my humble opinion stay away.

DR. Malone, Ashley & Kristin made it such a friendly & welcoming 1st visit for my newly adopted rescue dog and myself. They were very kind and patient with his anxiety as they gave him time to warm up to them. I was also given great advice and recommendations for both a good groomer and trainer. Im so happy that we found Wholehearted Veterinary Care.

If you have a bunny (or any exotic animal), this is the vet clinic to go to—hands down. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring when it comes to exotic pets. I brought my bunny in for a check-up and was so impressed by the level of care we received. They took their time with the exam, were gentle and comforting with her, and made sure to explain everything to me in a clear, thorough way. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. I left with a detailed plan of action to help get my bunny’s health back on track, and I feel so much more confident moving forward thanks to their guidance. I’ve taken her to other vets in the area and found the level of care underwhelming. I’m very grateful I came across Wholehearted Veterinary and will absolutely be taking my bunny here from now on. You can tell they really love what they do and have tons of experience with animals like bunnies. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else!

I honestly don’t know where to begin with how wonderful this vet clinic is. They are kind and caring, they are understanding of the financial burdens when it comes to animal care, they honestly just care about their pets. And have a passion for what they do. The name “wholehearted” is a best description of this place and the staff there. We had pet mouse who was sick, and mice are considered “exotic pets”, so I was struggling to find care for her locally. This place is an hour away from me, and after seeing them, I will continue to go there for any all care for any animals from here on out. Our mouse’s diagnosis was terminal, which we were prepared for, but they were beyond kind in letting our family choose what path of care to take. When we decided to wait to euthanize, they provided pain relief for her, at a reasonable cost. The plan was to wait until further decline; or until quality of life was poor (as she was still happy, eating, drinking, playing as normal, etc.) The Dr. who saw our mouse personally reached out numerous times via text to check on her well being, as well as her sibling mouse. When she passed, it was sudden and unexpected, and didn’t go according to our plan. They sent a sympathy card and continued to reach out, to check on the sibling mice’s health. Upon our next visit there, there was a really bad storm, and a shelter in place was put in order, and they allowed us to stay until it was lifted, they brought my kiddo coloring pages, and food and water… Needless to say, this place is just amazing. I highly recommend them.

We had our first visit at Wholehearted today and were thrilled! The staff takes the time to listen, they show great compassion and care, and they are very efficient. I was able to complete paperwork ahead of time, we weren't sitting around waiting for our appointment time, and we weren't having to stand around and wait to check out either. The facility was spotless, and it's in a great location. So glad we established a great place to bring our cat! Thanks again to everyone on staff today!
